Item was more expensive than most other shops, and it arrived without tags on or any wrapping, so it was clearly either on display or a return.

Hi Dan thanks for the feedback – We check all our prices to make sure we are competitive and grateful you still decided to buy from us in the end.
All our products are brand new and bought directly from all the brands so surprised about your packaging – if you get in touch with our customer service team we will happy look into it for you.

Received 'out for delivery' email on Mon, by Weds still no parcel. Tried calling, was told three times by 'reception' that no customer services advisors were available and that an urgent call back message had been logged. Nobody called or emailed. Awful customer service.

HI Joe - You placed your ordered on Saturday (we don’t dispatch at the weekend as stated on our site) on our standard 3-5 day delivery service - Sorry Monday is always really busy after the weekend sales but i belive our customer service has been intouch with you now.
super dry hoodie
Good price, timing for delivery good. Would shop from you again. The only negative is that the way hoodoo was folded is made letters worn out. Should have folded another way.

Not good!
Tried contacting them with no reply by email! I made an order to collect in store and they have not even bothered to contact me to tell me it's arrived or not. Won't be using again! On their site it says we aim to reply to emails the same working day I emailed 3 days ago and yesterday. No reply 👍🐍

Superdry Windtrecker
We bought this jacket for our grand daughter and was a little concerned about the size starting at medium as she is tall and very slim, we need not have worried the jacket fits beautifully and she is delighted with it. It is a well made garment and is wonderful colours.
