EXCELLENT
I needed to return a top I have bought for my son for Christmas. I was way out of the 14 days return policy as my son didn't let me know he didn't like the design down the sleeve until well into January (hes old enough to know better) but TDF did refund my money and I have since bought him another one he is happy with.

Top Notch!
I ordered a sweater but realised I had ordered the incorrect size. I rang the Customer Services at TDF and the lady was very helpful and amended my order with no fuss. My sweater arrived just 2 days later.

Resposta da TDF Fashion
Hi Bex - Sadly we found a fault on that particular item and could not dispatch.
You placed your order on 01.02.16 @ 19:22 and we informed you on 02.02.16 07.48 that we could not send the item (maybe we went in your junk box)
So sorry that we were not able to fulfil your order on this occasion and we do hope you try us again in the future
Kind Regards

Bad service
I ordered a jacket on Friday for my boyfriends birthday wasn't as much as emailed to say I wasn't getting it only got an email from PayPal to say I had been refunded. Ridiculous to the fact I now have nothing for his birthday when it's in 2 days. Disgraceful.

Resposta da TDF Fashion
Hi Ross
We have been looking into this and discovered that there was a technical problem around the time of your order where our stock system was not updating our online site in real time and some orders were effected.
I know this does not help your situation but we thought better to be honest.
We have been told this has now been fixed and really sorry and as a small gesture of goodwill we would like to send you a £5 voucher to spend
If you would like to take this up please email info@tdffashion.co.uk and quote your order an reference it SLR
Sorry again
