Ordered and was then refunded immediately.
Ordered a Lacoste Long Sleeve t shirt - which was listed as in stock. Immediately after the transaction I was refunded by PayPal because of an error on there Web page.
Don't always trust products to be in stock.

Hi Dan
We have been looking into this and discovered that there was a technical problem around the time of your order where our stock system was not updating our online site in real time and some orders were effected.
I know this does not help your situation but we thought better to be honest.
We have been told this has now been fixed and really sorry and as a small gesture of goodwill we would like to send you a £5 voucher to spend
If you would like to take this up please email info@tdffashion.co.uk and quote your order an reference it SLR
Sorry again

Didn't recieve it and found out that I wouldn't a week later
I ordered a Fred perry navy hoodie more than a week a go with standard delivery. I didn't recieve it and didn't get any communication letting me know why only a few days ago I discovered that my purchase had been refunded. I am disappointed with the service as my son didn't recieve his Christmas gift at all.

Fantastic service.
Ordered as a last minute Christmas gift very late on. It arrived first thing on Christmas morning and I couldn't be more delighted. The jumper is perfect and exactly as described.

Unresponsive
One of superdry shirts was faulty.
I emailed and telephoned to ask advice on returning, no one got back to me on email or I didn't receive a call back
I phoned today and requested an email response but haven't received that either!

Hi Lesley
We are a little surprised to see your review as we informed you that a return postage label was sent out on the 23rd December so you could return your item free of charge which you then responded saying you were pleased but you haven’t received it yet. This may be delayed due to the busy Christmas period but we have sent another one out just in case.
Kind Regards
TDF Fashion.
Awful service
I placed several orders over the Black Friday weekend, whereby I'd been sent a discount code to use by TDF, which gave a considerable discount off their items. They'd made an error with this apparently, and then chose not to honour all 9 orders I placed and just cancelled them on the actual delivery day, without any contact from them. Awful service, I do not recommend!!

Dear Tony
Thank you for your THIRTEEN orders over the Black Friday weekend – as we explained on the phone there was an error on a code which you spotted and as a good will gesture we dispatched two of the orders and refunded payment straightway for the others ELEVEN, once we were made aware of this error by our other customers on the Monday morning.
Kind Regards

First Time Experience
I ordered a Fred Perry Shirt, which arrived very quickly, excellent quality but unfortunately it was too big for me. I returned the shirt and ordered a smaller size. Within a couple of days I received the new shirt and received an e-mail saying I had been refunded for the larger shirt. Excellent Service.
However, the only negative was that I had to pay for the returned item?? Maybe you could review this policy to encourage people to return to you.
