Not sure if I’m reviewing the company or the product here so I’ll go for the product . I have to say I’m still on the fence about . Style of tumble dryer is excellent , ease of use is excellent . I’m just not sure it’s up to the job of the drying of loads of washing in winter . Even now it behaves like a reversair dryer inasmuch as it stops and starts . I believe it’s overheating . It isn’t reversair so if you try to dry a duvet cover it ends up in a tight ball . If you’re in a flat or a caravan go for it but if you have the room for a bigger dryer then don’t buy this . Looks good but not sure it’s up to the job .

I purchased a Teknik cooker that had a back burner that wasn't working. I have had a lot of problems with this cooker and 4 months later this issue still hasnt been resolved. I keep getting put between the store I purchased it from and Teknix. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchasing a Teknix product

Bought a TH60TLBIX larder fridge - great product

I bought a refrigerator with a water dispenser and ice maker. Unfortunately, after plugging it in, I discovered that the dispenser wasn't cooling the water.

For a week, we have been playing ping-pong between the seller and the manufacturer, who kindly sent me an engineer to repair it.

Delivery quick and on time. Steve and Justice were really helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

Bought a Teknix washing machine & it's a great purchase, easy to in-stall & work, does the job great, nice & quiet compared to my other one!...

Contacted the shop in the morning and delivered in the afternoon great service, setting up the warranty was quite easy but some boxes were unable to enter in and in the end I think I registered twice

I have no complaints whatsoever with the washing machine itself. However, when I telephoned to register the machine, I went through all the basics name and address etc then I was asked about extra warranty cover, I said thank you but I was not interested , but the lady on the phone continued to try and push it, she kept asking 'so do you keep money to one side for emergency repairs, and have you got cover on your other electric appliy, and if so why not on the washing machine you've just bought? My answers continued to be ' no thank you i'm not interested, and in the end I said " would you mind just completing the registration please " she then went quiet and then put the phone down. I wasn't sure if I hade completed the registration because I was never asked the serial number of the machine. I redid the registration online just in case, and to be honest the questions about extra warranty there was something similar to the phone call, It was hard to say no thanks and just log off!

It took several attempts to complete the warranty application.Not very helpful, kept repeating submission.
