I've bought stuff from TS for some time now and I'm still happy with them. I definitely recommend them and will be back if ever I plan to buy more 😃. I especially like the way they respond to emails quickly, answering patiently to my many questions.

I hab sehr zufrieden. Gestern hab GRAN TURISMO 81 WIFD bestellt und heute erhalten.

Satisfied with a pair of binoculars.

I was a little nervous ordering something as expensive as binoculars internationally, but your prices were good, so I took the gamble. The first three orders went very smooth, so I had no problem ordering from you again. Unfortunately, this order has not gone very smoothly. The problem was you sent me a shipping notice, but I never received a tracking number, and then it took 4 days to get in touch with you to find out why. I think taking 4 days to send a simple response to an email is unacceptable. Then, when you finally did respond, I find the item hasn't even been shipped and may be days before it is because you lacked a shipping document. I think next time I order a pair of binoculars, I will pay a few more dollars and get them from a local source that has better communication.

Quick delivery, and very quick handling of a defected part. I informed of the defected part in the morning, and during the same morning received a reply that they will send a replacement during the same day.

Diese Bewertung bezieht sich im Wesentlichen auf die Lieferung des TS-Optics UNC 200 mm f/5 Newton-Teleskop mit Carbontubus. Was die Optik anbelangt, habe ich nur einen allerersten Eindruck: Die Sterne sehen sehr gut aus und sind punktfein.

Der Newton wurde für mich überraschend in zwei Teilen verschickt, dem Spiegelkasten und dem Tubus separat. Leider war der Tubus derart deformiert, dass der Spiegelkasten nicht einsetzbar war. Dem konnte auch nicht abgeholfen werden, weil der Tubus außerordentlich starr ist, was er ja auch sein soll. Die Deformation des Tubus wurde Teleskop-Service durch abweichende Innendurchmesser und Fotos dokumentiert und als Reklamation anerkannt.

Nachdem die beiden Retouren wieder bei TS waren, erhielt ich von der Technik ein Video, das die völlig problemlose Einsetzung des Spiegelkastens in den Tubus zeigt. Meine Frage zu der Widersprüchlichkeit meiner Dokumentation mit diesem Video blieb unbeantwortet. Die Botschaft war, was will der Kunde eigentlich, passt doch.
Die Rücksendung des auf meine Bitte hin zusammengebauten Newton erfolgte zügig und mit einem Protokoll der Spiegel Justage. Erfreulich war, dass die Justage den Transport gut überstanden hat! Der Lieferschein enthielt einen Vermerk der Technik: "Die Hauptspiegelzelle hat genug Platz im Tubus und lässt sich problemlos ohne Hilfsmittel einsetzen." Unausgesprochen klingt das so, als wäre die von mir bemängelte Deformation des Tubus meiner Einbildung entsprungen.
Nach dieser Erfahrung scheint es empfehlenswert, diesen Newton zusammengebaut zu bestellen.

Nach meiner bisherigen Erfahrung mit Teleskop-Express ist die sehr gute fachliche Beratung sowie die zügige Behandlung von Retouren positiv zu vermerken. Negativ hingegen die unzureichende technische Ausgangskontrolle vor dem Versand. Der Tubus ist kein Einzelfall, Anfang des Jahres erhielt ich einen Refraktor, mit einer im Spiegelsystem auf den ersten Blick deutlich zu sehenden großen Fluse, später einen nicht funktionsfähigen Justierlaser.

Somit ist das Gesamtbild leider etwas getrübt. Diese Bewertung hatte ich zunächst auf der Webseite des UNC 200 bei "Erfahrungsberichte" abgeschickt. Sie ist dort jedoch nicht erschienen.

The support I received, specifically by Riccardo Cappellaro, is simply the best I had in all my life. He really went the extra mile, giving me advises and lots of precious information with an extremely friendly attitude. Amazing support, really!

Super shop. Immer freundlich und hilfreich bei Fragen. Hatte auch schon mal eine Kamera reklamiert, hat auch Problemlos funktioniert und ich konnte sie gegen eine andere tauschen. :)

Teleskop express sold me an astrograph (i.e. a telescope that is specifically designed for astrophotography) for around EUR 1'800.-. The telescope was delivered damaged (big scratches on the tube), so probably it was a second hand item refurbished, but sold as new.

Moreover, the telescope was incompatible with (my) very common astrophotography equipment (2" filters and APN cameras), which was not specified.

Teleskop express refused to take back the telescope (still under warranty), even at a discount price, or even with a credit note in the shop.

And I am "good" costumer (bought for almost EUR 18'000.- of astro gear in Teleskop Express so far).

Imagine for the other clients...

I'll have to start a legal action (thanks I am a lawyer), which will take some time...

I bought a telescope "assembled and tested in Germany", the dovetail to attach it to my mount, and some accessories, for a total of more than 1800€. I thought I could then avoid quality problems by choosing not to buy a low-cost asian production.

I received a tube with most of the screws untighten (leading to a loss of alignment of the secondary mirror), the handle of the microfocuser broken and traveling free around the tube (occuring scratches), and without any screw to attach the dovetail to the rings (threads being US 1/4", totally non standard and especially difficult to find in Europe). The hardware hadn’t obviously been checked before shipping.

Complaining about all this, they asked me to send ALL the order back for verification. I proposed to exchange only the focuser, so I could dispense myself to bring a huge package to the post office, and limit the risks of two new cross border transportation. They refused. Incomprehensible.

Bin sehr zufrieden mit der Beratung von Hr. Obermeier bestellte Artikel wurden sehr schnell geliefert auch eine Rücksendung eines Artikels funktionierte problemlos

Ich habe eine Ioptron CubePro Montierung bestellt und bezahlt. Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell, leider, sie war nicht komplett (irgendwie ist von der "Originalverpackung" das Verbindungskabel, zwischen Montirung und Kontrolleinheit, verschwunden), also ich kann die Montierung weder ausprobieren, noch verwenden. Auf meine Anfrage wurde schnell reagiert, leider unzufriedenstellend (es sei Herstellersfehler, Ersatzkabel ist nicht lagernd und wird erst im Herbst zu haben - also ganze Saison weg und Garantie laeuft lustig langsam ab). Die einzige "Kulanz", die mir angeboten wurde, war eine Ruecksendung (vom Gesetzgeber sowieso verlangt, also kein Engegenkommen). Nach meinem zweiten Email ploetzlich eine Aenderung - das Kabel (was ich inzwischen bei der Konkurenz problemlos bestellte) kann in Juli doch von Herseller geliefert werden und nicht erst im Herbst.. Danke, kein Interesse mehr, Kabel wurde wo anders bestellt. Also fuer mich nie mehr! Zum Schluss noch ein Witz - "Sie koennen doch nicht jede Lieferung kontrollieren, ob sie komplett ist.. " Tja, es ist doch viel einfacher, wenn die Kontrolle, nach dem die Lieferung quer durch EU zum Kunden fuhr, der Kunde selbst durchfuehrt.. Jetzt kann ich nur beten, dass die Montierung doch funktioniert, da eine Ruecksendung... Wahnsinnige Vorstellung..

New what I wanted, ordered it, got it a few days later. So yeah.. All good. No experience with customer service to comment on but their shipping and online shop was fine for me.

Ho acquistato vari accessori. Alcuni arrivati altri con alcuni giorni di ritardo anche se era indicata la disponibilità immediata. Alle mail non rispondono. Per informazioni bisogna telefonare e positivamente risponde l'assistenza molto gentile e cordiale.

Anfragen zu einem Leica Ultravid wurden mir immer wieder Unvollständig mitgeteilt....
Des weiteren trotz mehrmaliger Anfrage kein Preis des Fernglas inkl.Versandkosten mitgeteilt....
Hab mir bei anderem Anbieter diesen Artikel zugelegt !

Pessimo sito. Merce acquistata e mai ricevuta. Aperta pratica di rimborso attraverso paypal. Scorretti non rispondono a mail o telefono dopo aver ricevuto il pagamento. Sconsigliatissimo e da evitare. Sito truffa.

Extorted me for money after my invoice was paid in full 2 months prior (threatened to not send my parts after a 2 month backorder), then when the parts never arrived they sent me only a partial refund. The one part they did send, was defective (dovetail clamp that was about 3mm too wide to even clamp a dovetail). They said it was from a bad batch and then proceeded to ignore me for a month (still ignoring me) with no refund or replacement part. So now I'm out a couple hundred bucks, and have no parts. I've filed a fraud report with Europol as I'm in Canada, so I'll update this review once TS decided to act like functional adults, or my bank can get my money back. If this review is still here, then rest assured they still have my money and are ignoring me.
