The bowling area was well maintained and clean but unfortunately the food offerings are not good, I am not sure where to begin as there was 13 of us in the party and everyone had different bad things... Ver mais

Lovely environment, only issue was paid for bowling and pizza. Pizza arrived part way through the game not really hygienic when touching bowl then eating pizza.

Great addition to Blackpool area
Used the soft play and the arcades. Very clean and well maintained facilities. The kids really enjoyed themselves.
We got food, and prices were reasonable. Food quality was ok, you get what you pay for, but its not a rip off which was great to see. Certainly go again, and theres lots to do as well. 24 bowling alleys, lazer tag, escape rooms, karaoke booth ane a fantastic bar area. Ohx and darts and pool tables as well.

Wanted to go on tipping point machines with my 2p but they were all 10p bit steep for young people playing on these .

Great place great environment even though they wèr short on staff if I had to say the bar area was waiting a little while and the checking in but but overall was a great day.

We came as a family of 6 yesterday to play a game of bowling and felt very disappointed. We had the burger deal with ours game of bowling . And we felt the staff weren’t very helpful we had three burgers bought over and then another 6 in which I stated to the lady that we only have three more due. In which she looked at me pulled a face and just said oh well I’m putting the there. We also had an incident with the lane where it was flashing red and couldn’t locate any staff members to help us seemed like one staff member was running the whole place. No staff that could be located and weren’t very helpful we felt and could not locate staff for anything that we needed. Overall had a very negative experience at tenpin as a family.
Very disappointed in our visit.

Poor customer service
Long wait times to check in, plenty of staff but everyone busy doing nothing. Staff most unhelpful. Long waiting times to exchange tickets. Minimal information upon signing in. Lovely establishment just needs the staff to match the whole vibe.

Second time here and it was worse than the first
2nd time here first experience was good until the 2nd time we came and ordered food. Big mistake took 45 mins to get half the order to the lane bowling was about finished and had to go back to the bar and chase the remaining food up. Finally it arrived 10 mins later chucked on the lane table no explanation no apology just put down and the young boy walked away. Really under staffed you can see this by having 1 person serving at the bar and it qued all the way back. Tables where a mess and not cleared bowling lanes the same someone needs to look at this before it becomes a bigger problem

First time visiting and left really…
First time visiting and left really disappointed!
Ordered food and waited 1 hour before going back to the bar and asking where it was. We was told they where having issues with the till sending the orders to the kitchen. No apology of any kind, We had to ask for a refund as we were booked onto an activity meaning we had to skip dinner. Not great with 2 children.
The activities we did were fantastic though and the venue was super clean and fresh.

Wasn't enough staff on also was moved to another lane mid game because a big party had booked but they double booked a few lanes then wanted to play again but wasn't allowed said all lanes are full and there was nothing else we could actually book.

Everything was fab from start to finish. We use to use the one in the town centre but that feels like the Flintstones era now🤣🤣

Very average experience
The actual venue is clean tidy and very contemporary. I thought the bowling alleys were very good if not a tad expensive compared to others in the area. The pool tables were mostly uneven . (Tried 3) . The food was basic but ok for the type of venue.

The bowling and the fun was great and so was the price but the only moan I had was the staff are very slow! We waited at a packed bar with only 1 man working and 3/4 other staff just stood there talking and not really doing anything yet there was 2/3 tills that could of been manned to take the pressure off the que and the 1 actually working. But other from that it was a great night
