Very average experience
The actual venue is clean tidy and very contemporary. I thought the bowling alleys were very good if not a tad expensive compared to others in the area. The pool tables were mostly uneven . (Tried 3) . The food was basic but ok for the type of venue.

The bowling and the fun was great and…
The bowling and the fun was great and so was the price but the only moan I had was the staff are very slow! We waited at a packed bar with only 1 man working and 3/4 other staff just stood there talking and not really doing anything yet there was 2/3 tills that could of been manned to take the pressure off the que and the 1 actually working. But other from that it was a great night

Ok but could do better
Great place for the kids. The customer service and food service is poor. Run by young people who aren’t experienced when asked questions or politeness. Food took forever to come and the quality wasn’t good enough.

Really enjoyable night.
This was a works night out and our 1st visit. We had pre booked 2 games and food. Everything went amazing. Lovely staff, good service and we all had a fab time. We will definitely be returning.

Food prices expensive
Staff need to learn customer service and how to smile
Avoid the pitchers of cocktails we bought 2 the first jug filled 3 glasses 2nd one filled 1 and half glasses because they filled jug with ice apparently staff couldn't do anything about it completely ripped off nice location big enough

We loved our visit
We loved our visit - the bowling is brilliant and. There is loads more such as escape rooms , karaoke , arcade and soft play too . We came on on a Tuesday night and it was excellent value for money being half price for drinks and bowling ! Well definitely be back

Brilliant few hours
Brilliant few hours. Lovely and clean and fresh. The bowling lanes are great and easy to use. The arcades are great. Plenty for the kids to do in one place.

Terrible experience paid nearly £50 for…
Terrible experience paid nearly £50 for food took over 50 minutes to come despite asking how long the food will be staff had no clue what there doing apart from one lady who was practically running the place on her own when food arrived it was smaller then a kids meal even though it was nearly £8 for a adult burger they tried to chuck my toddler out the play room even though they said he was free wouldn’t go again and wouldn’t recommend staff was clueless to how to work the tills

Really disappointed in the customer…
Really disappointed in the customer services at the Blackpool ten pin. Me and my partner purchased 2 games of bowling with three kids and asked at the desk the best deals for a family of five. The girl who served us didn't mentioned the offer that about kids eat free if you buy 2 games of bowling on a Monday after we just purchased 2 games. I complained to the manager there who again told me they don't have to tell you about offers . Just thought this was really rude . We would have spent the day there spending more money but felt this was disappointing Customer service. Would have been nice to be told about offers which every place does. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Levels in Preston is a superior place to this one.

Had a laser tag party
Had a laser tag party; staff unorganised; payed for 12 ice creams that never been given; party child never received his birthday bag with t shirt , pin etc as promised on website so very disaponted; i had to ask for drinks to come as they forgot about them; they also forgot to bring 2 meals at the table for guests..
