Refurb has massively improved the place…
Refurb has massively improved the place but the bowling balls need updatinf as still causing finger nail breakage from the old ones.

Absolute bargain
Great experience, we went for the summer deal £6.50pppg fantastic to keep the kids occupied during the summer and it even included a meal per person, venue was clean staff was ok... can moan to much great place to pass couple hours for any occasion..

Staff friendly and helpful
All the staff were friendly and helpful. We were 2 adults and a child and enjoyed our experience there. £19 for 1 game and 3 x Junior burger and chips (food was disappointing but for £19 for 3 you can’t really complain). Young one Enjoyed the arcade after the bowling and any problems we had (ticket machine broke and air hockey machine missing a paddle) were soon sorted out by the friendly staff.
We will return.

I booked for my daughter’s 9th…
I booked for my daughter’s 9th birthday. There was myself and 4 children in total. As we arrived early, I told the children they could go in the arcade part first. One of the girls just asked for 10ps as she loved the 10p dropper machines. The one she had picked had a prize of a £5 note, near the edge. She eventually won it but only for it to fall in a different shoot. We asked a member of staff for help but we were told it was because we banged on the machine. Not one of us did. Then are game of bowling was ready. The booth had been left with the previous players waste, no one had moved it. We had opted for the 1 game with food. This should have been 4 children’s meals and one adult meal, there was no difference at all. The girls had won over 600 tickets from various arcade games, as we went to redeem them, both ticket machines were not working and we spent around 5 minutes waiting for staff to help. The only staff member that seemed to be smiling and happy to help was the lady who checked us in for the bowling game. Other than that it wasn’t a great experience.
