I booked for my daughter’s 9th…
I booked for my daughter’s 9th birthday. There was myself and 4 children in total. As we arrived early, I told the children they could go in the arcade part first. One of the girls just asked for 10ps as she loved the 10p dropper machines. The one she had picked had a prize of a £5 note, near the edge. She eventually won it but only for it to fall in a different shoot. We asked a member of staff for help but we were told it was because we banged on the machine. Not one of us did. Then are game of bowling was ready. The booth had been left with the previous players waste, no one had moved it. We had opted for the 1 game with food. This should have been 4 children’s meals and one adult meal, there was no difference at all. The girls had won over 600 tickets from various arcade games, as we went to redeem them, both ticket machines were not working and we spent around 5 minutes waiting for staff to help. The only staff member that seemed to be smiling and happy to help was the lady who checked us in for the bowling game. Other than that it wasn’t a great experience.

Too many balls on the racks and they fell off at one point. Luckily not on any toes this time.
Just clean it down after each session!

Every thing looked like it was tired and in desperate need of a refresh alleys bowed bowels with bits missing etc
Pool tables not in good condition etc still had a good time but just missing expectations

Really enjoyed the new look and the new activities available, we did bowling this time but are looking at the escape rooms to go to one day, we enjoyed the atmosphere and the new bowling areas are comfortable will definitely be rebooking to come again

Early evening treat.
Took our 3 grandchildren for an early evening treat. Booking in was quick & easy, if a little expensive.
I spent 20 minutes looking for a ball that I could get my thumb in.

The bowling and overall facilities were great. We however ordered drinks which were flat and had an unusual taste. These were returned however this process took far longer than I anticipated due to waiting on a manager who eventually came and didn’t address me directly.

Amazing all the time
Amazing all the time. Polite staff and the whole place is now even better in the arcade area. Haven’t been for a while but the refurbishment has done wonders and my children love going there all the time.
Now there’s not only bowling, there is laser tag, escape rooms, karaoke rooms and carrying for parties. Fun day out for the kids.
