Third update: 18th March

Credit where it’s due. I had a follow up call and email to advise me that they’d sorted out the warehouse issue and that the shin pads had been dispatched.

Today I received an update from Royal Mail that they will be delivering the shin pads tomorrow.

I’ve changed the one star rating to four stars. It can’t be a five star service because of how it started, but it’s been a very good service since my first review.

Second Update: 13th March

As promised, i had a call today to explain the warehousing problem.

Offered to refund as i explain my daughter needs these shinpads for her fight.

Agreed to leave it with them to see if they can resolve d by Monday.

Update: evening 12th March 2026

TBS have responded to my email and will look to resolve this tomorrow.

Update promised for 13th March. I’ll update this review as we go.

Original: lunchtime 12th March 2026.
I havent had any acknowledgement of my order, but the money has been taken.

I’ve chased with two emails.

The phone number on the website doesn’t work.

I’ll keep this review updated, but suggest people avoid them for now.

Good service

Great service very quick delivery and a great price.
Boon kick pad is great quality and not too heavy to use .

Great products

Super fast delivery and perfect item.

Was a big hassle chasing information on the wherabouts of my order. Reassurance and tracking is very important and although i did get my order. The former was not up to standard

All good came as expected thanks

Writing this on behalf of my mum, who bought me some boxing gloves and some shorts for Christmas. When these were purchased, my mum got an email from them explaining that the gloves were currently out of stock and that she could get a refund or wait until the gloves had been restocked. I decided to wait, which their communication was excellent and received the item with no issues. The communication was key as being kept it the loop and being informed when they had been despatched really is what gave this company 5 stars. Would absolutely recommend and would buy from them again

Great helpful service, could really do with shorter delivery times

Slow delivery and wrong item sent.

Poor communication

Ordered a pair of 16oz gloves with their prices looking pretty good, money taken, no email, no tracking. Ive emailed asking for an update and still not received a reply.

Item arrived in 2 days. Great item very pleased

The shin pads are high quality, in the exact colour that I want and the delivery was packaged well and shipped quickly.

Quick fast delivery

It arrived over two weeks after I placed the order.

I grew up in Thailand so I know they are extremely overpriced but they are fairly priced compared to other UK stores. I was really shocked by how fast the delivery was too! Very speedy and a great supplier to get your muay thai shorts from

Easy to order, super quick delivery! what more can you ask for

Fantastic service all round from TBS. Would definitely recommend and will certainly purchase again from TBS.

Fast delivery, quality products.
