Excellent service
Excellent service, placed the order mid-afternoon, phoned to ask when we might expect delivery and was told it would be going out the following day and we would receive probably the day after that. Was therefore surprised to receive the Shredder the very next day after placing the order. We already knew the brand of Shredder because we have a larger size model in another part of our building.

Fantastic service as ordered the shredder online and it arrived the next day. I had ordered the same shredder with another company 2 weeks ago and they kept delaying delivery so I looked elsewhere and found this company who were also cheaper!

Great Service Great Value Poor Delivery!!!!
Great Service Great Value, Let down on delivery, arrived next day, however Had to help the driver lift pallet off the van to office, firstly Driver asked Pregnant member of staff, then eventually another member of staff helped, however refused to help to carry upstairs, or wait to take pallet and packaging away, now left with the extra costs!!! Not great delivery service? Why send One Driver no help to delivery heavy duty shreaders then ask the paying next day service when you have to actually do the lifting and carry yourself, when speaking to Warehouse staff advised that they only deliver to pavement and need to do the rest ourselves? No apology no offer of goodwill gesture, will not be ordering again, shame delivery let you down!!!

Thanks for your business and your comments. This delivery should have been made on a tail-lift vehicle that means the driver requires no assistance unloading the item and should not need to ask for assistance unloading. This is the service that we book and pay for with the carrier and we apologise if this was not the case on this occasion and we will take this up with our carrier. We are sending under separate cover some additional free waste bags and oil for your unit by way of an apology. Regarding your additional comments on taking the item upstairs and removing the packaging, the delivery information on our website clearly states: "Delivery is to the ground floor. If you require delivery to anything other than the ground floor, please contact us for a quotation before ordering or select the Delivery PLUS Installation option where available." There is a link to this information on every product page on our website. You will find that this is a perfectly normal delivery service for this category of product across the office products trade. We know of no supplier that could or would offer the kind of service that you describe without extra charges. To include this kind of service as standard would add a minimum of £100 - £125 plus VAT to each item, depending on the delivery location, which would render us totally uncompetitive against other distributors. Customer feedback is overwhelmingly in favour of competitive pricing with a standard delivery of service, which is perfectly acceptable and convenient for most customers. As we have said, in the event that it is not, customers may contact us for a quotation and we can provide this service if desired.

First time we have ordered
First time we have ordered. Item we originally wanted wasn't in stock, but they kindly called and talked us through others that they had. Delivery was within 48 hours and I have to say the Shredder that we have received is absolutely superb, industrial, quiet and exactly what we wanted. Very Pleased.

Excellent value and well packaged. I was impressed with the swift delivery. The product is adequate for my small office and home office needs. It is a great shredder and not cumbersome at all. Very neat. Easy to use and easy to empty.
