I love my curtains, custom made pinch pleated sheers. I found this company through a search. At first I emailed this company, received a prompt response. Debra mailed me and mailed several samples for me to choose from, then after making my fabric choice, she helped me to be certain I have a perfect fit.. Four weeks later I hung them. Absolutely perfect. I will purchase from them again. Fits perfectly and customer service deserves a 10 star.

Searched site for sheer curtains to match some I have. Panels came up under that category however they were not sheer and are not refundable.

I emailed the company twice, once when I was ordering to verify these were sheer curtains - NO RESPONSE and a second time when they arrived today. They did respond but indicated that the curtains were not advertised as sheers, even though that’s how they came up on their website. Also they NEVER offered to let me return them even though I asked. So no I didn’t call but I did give them an opportunity to work with me on the issue.

Fabric, workmanship and overall design exceeded my expectations. Well done.

I ordered $200 worth of sheers from The Curtain Shop on Feb. 4th. I was charged immediately for the items, but received no email confirmation of my order. Several days later, concerned that I had received no confirmation or anticipated shipping date for my order, I reached out to the company by email to inquire about my order. (A different email address for The Curtain Shop provided in a PayPal confirmation is apparently out of service, because I received a bounceback there.) But the week passed, and still I had not received any reply to my email. So I then sent a second email, and left a voicemail at the number listed on their website (which is different that the phone number listed on PayPal and here on the BBB website). Still I have received no reply or explanation. However, a few hours ago, I received a PayPal notification saying that a refund was being processed. I am very disappointed by this company's lack of communication and lack of regard for my time. I have requested that this company delete my information from its computers.

This was a great purchase! The valances I ordered were nicely made and look very nice throughout my kitchen, dinning room and living room. It's a large L shaped open space with many windows so everything blends nicely.
The customer service was also great. I would diffently buy from the curtain shop again.

The curtains arrived earlier than expected. They are beautiful, just like in the picture. They look very expensive and luxurious. My husband and I love them and enjoy looking at them The curtains are for our bedroom

Best blackout curtains I have ever found!! Held them up to direct Florida sun outside and I couldn't see any light through them. Size perfect, quality perfect, and truly black out!

The item I received was damaged. Contacted them for replacement. They assured me one would be sent. Never received. Will not ever do business with them again.

Although the quality of the curtains were spot on, I had to contact the Curtain Shop in order to find out where my order was in the shipping process. I first tried to contact them by email, and then on their site, and finally by phone before I got an answer...the reason my order had not shipped was because they did not have that size! You would think that it would not be able to be ordered, or at least someone would contact me. When I asked when they would be in, there was no idea, because of Covid. Okay, I get that. But them low and behold my order showed up in about another week...but no, wrong size! Instead of going thru the hassle of trying to deal with returning, I just kept them....a $206, mistake.

I ordered three pairs of priscillas. They are all three absolutely beautiful. The workmanship and quality was exceptional.
My one problem was huge. One pair's rod pocket was sewn too narrow. I wanted so badly to hang them after waiting 6 weeks for them that I took several hours digging in with my fingernails to inch them on the rod. Once that was accomplished, I had to cut them to get them around the corner of the sides of the rod. It was frustrating and unacceptable. The other two pairs were sewn properly and I was able to thread them on the rod without a problem or having to use vise grips or needle nose pliers

Love the curtains. The quality is great. Look very nice on my kitchen windows. Especially liked that the curtains were not polyester like most other curtains. Very happy with my purchase.
