The First Aid Team are very speedy and efficient with enquiries and booking and we've been using them for our First Aid Training for over 12 years - no plans to change as they are so good at what they do and all my staff enjoy the training as it's the perfect mix of bespoke advice and thorough practice of techniques.

Would highly recommend
The course was well-structured, practical, and highly informative from start to finish.
Chris, our instructor, was excellent—engaging, knowledgeable, and approachable. He created a supportive learning environment and made sure everyone understood the material, encouraging questions and hands-on participation throughout. His real world examples made the content more relatable and easier to remember.
The practical exercises were especially valuable. Practicing CPR, using a defibrillator, and responding to different scenarios gave me the confidence I needed to feel prepared in a real emergency.
I would highly recommend this course to anyone needing first aid certification or simply wanting to be more prepared to help in an emergency. It’s an essential skill and this course delivers it in the best way possible.

One Day First Aid Course For 12 Employees
We had an outstanding Course run for 12 of our employees, run by Tom a wonderfully courteous, kind and professional man.
