Highly recommended.
The course was interesting and useful and delivered in a tone that reflected the importance and seriousness of the subject matter with splatters of humour thrown in. Plenty of practical exercises and interaction to keep the day interesting. Highly recommended.

A great first aid course

Good location, great tutor, excellent resources and an enjoyable experience. It also combined First Aid at Work with Paediatrics.

Doing training yearly can become slightly repetitive but this training was delivered in a way that always kept it relevant to the service and also kept everyone engaged throughout - well done. Really enjoyable.

Absolutely Excellent Training!
We had a small training session due to other bookers getting covid so it was just myself and my colleague. The training was excellent, comfortable, and really detailed. The trainer's knowledge was superb and his friendliness put us both at ease leading to a relaxed atmosphere and overall a very educational day!
