The Formation Company Avaliações

One of the best companies for business registration services. They will assist you with everything and answer any questions. The price and quality of service are top-notch.

What made my experience great was the talented front line staff. Very polite, listen, understood the requests and delivered.

Would highly recommend.

Ed was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He literally hand-held us at every step, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a confusing verification and director registration process feel very smooth.

His support was prompt, patient, and extremely reassuring, and with his guidance we were able to complete the verification quickly and get everything connected properly for our company.

Really grateful for the level of personal support and responsiveness. I would highly recommend Ed to anyone looking for reliable help with company formation, director verification, or Companies House-related processes.

Excellent company, I moved address and forgot to update some details. I needed two important letters, and was quite worried I would not receive them.

Contacted the Formation company, who were more than happy to send them on. Excellent service.

Great service

This my second time in using this company for the id verification of our new share holders. I need to give praise to ED who always replies quickly and makes sure all your questions are answered. They were even wonderful to give me a discount as a returning customer. The id verification was done smoothly and we were able to get our personal codes from companies house within a day. They are a very reliable and trustworthy company.

Excellent service from start to finish. The company formation process was quick, straightforward, and very easy to follow. The online system was clear, and all documents were provided promptly after incorporation.

I was particularly impressed by the customer support team, who responded quickly to my questions and provided clear, helpful guidance regarding HMRC registration, VAT, and business banking. Their professionalism and willingness to assist gave me confidence throughout the process.

I would highly recommend The Formation Company to anyone looking to set up a UK limited company efficiently and with excellent support.

Absolutely fantastic people, helpful if you need help with Companies House. 5 stars!

A company to trust .

We had some issues with the new companies house requirement around personal ID codes, however Ed was on hand to assist and kept us fully updated.

This is my 3rd time using The formation company and I would highly recommend them.

Seven years ago when Formations helped G & G Partnership Limited to start up they included legal support on making business contract templates for us. Recently a new key customer needed to make significant changes to our standard terms and although the legal service was no longer available Formations did give critical advice albeit on a basis of not being liable for advice received. This was a WOW customer experience nonetheless and we wanted to thank Ed and others for the same day turnaround.

Laura and? Richard were absolutely charming, kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. They held my hand every step of the way verifying my id at companies house with the added difficulty that I live in the Isle of Man , unrecognised by gov. Uk etc. I’d spent 4hrs and shed a few tears of frustration until I happened upon your company. Thank goodness

The staff I spoke with was very lovely, professional and very helpful. He understood my issue and resolved it fast, and better than I expected. Thank you again for your help!

PROFESSIONAL,AT HAND TO GUIDE AND ASSIST ME ON AN AREA I HAD NOT DEALT WITH IN THE UK OF SUCH A SERIOUS MATTER .
TO REGISTER A COMPANY HERE YOU MUST HAVE A RIGHT HAND SECURE FIRM TO DO THIS .

AN EXAMPLE ...I WAS SCAMMED BY ANOTHER COMPANY WHO SOUNDED LIKE THEY WERE A LEGAL ON LINE REGISTRA OF COMPANIES!
THANK GOD FOR LAURA,ED AND THE TEAM AT FORMATIONS COMPANY WHO SAVED ME,AND I AM SURE MANY OTHERS WHO ALMOST GOT SCAMMED BY A FALSE COMPANY.
IT HAS BEEN 3 YEARS NOW AND ,STILL THEY ARE MY GUIDING LIGHT OF HONESTY!🙏 🕵 THANK YOU!
