I contacted the Formation company…
I contacted the Formation company because it is a registered Approved Corporate Service Provider and I wanted help to verify my identity as a Company Director. They were enormously helpful when I had been going round in circles trying to do it. I had help to complete the documentation and received the relevant code the next day.

Reliable and professional Registered Agent service
I used The Formation Company to set up my UK limited company, and for their registered agent service and they’ve been excellent. The process was quick, all documents arrived promptly, and their online dashboard makes managing company details really simple.
The registered office and mail-handling service have been especially reliable. Everything is forwarded quickly and securely, which saves me a lot of hassle.
Great communication, clear pricing, and no hidden extras. Highly recommend them for anyone needing a trustworthy UK formation and registered agent provider.

A helping hand for the clueless
Having recently taken over a small business, I was a total "fish out of water" when it came to setting it up.
The Formation Company (particularly Ed - Thanks Ed) have been exceptional and invaluable; coaching me through the whole process.
I am very happy to recommend them to anyone like me that doesn't have a clue and needs a handhold through the grown up stuff.
