This is a great business and the service is outstanding
I would not hesitate in recommending this retailer for anything that you need kilt wise. We were looking for a tartan blanket to match a kilt for my daughter wedding. They went out of their way to find this for us and we were delighted with the service.

A bit of a mishap
I ordered a scarf for my dads birthday, but the order was cancelled with no communication and the money just refunded back to my account -
I appreciate the reply to my feedback - it seems it was an unfortunate mishap and actions have been taken with a stick count

Hi Clare,
Thank you for your review and my sincerest apologies for any confusion caused with your order. I have spoken to the internet sales team who have informed me an email was sent to you at the end of July to let you know that sadly the order could not be fulfilled due to the stock being unavailable. If you do not seem to of received this email I apologise deeply, I believe it was sent to the same email address used for paypal.
This does not excuse the fact we could not fulfil your order in the first place. We have since done a stock take on the scarves to minimise any further discrepancies.
Please accept my deepest apologies for this and for any inconvenience it may of caused.

Tracking # provided for Royal Mail was not recognized by the mailk system. 8 Yards provided good communication to fill the gaps. One of the items selected was not in stock. A perfect alternate was recommended.

What a let down!
Paid for express delivery. Phoned up to enquire as to where my item was as it was getting late in the day, only to be told the item was out of stock and they had been meaning to contact me. I then had no chance to purchase the item elsewhere... Very disappointing and unexpected in this day and age for online ordering.
