The North American Guitar Avaliações

B&G Crossroads bought with some trepidation, unseen due to current circumstances. With so many unknowns, trust is such a large part of the deal.
The Guys (and Gals) treated me to patience, understanding and reassurance. So glad I pushed the button, the instrument is fabulous, better looking than the photos and finished to a very high standard and oozing charm, character and resonance.

This is just the second guitar I have bought from TNAG and I have received nothing but courtesy and helpfulness when buying these wonderful instruments.
I have been playing and purchasing many guitars for just over 60 years now and to find a company like TNAG who offer without doubt some of the finest instruments on the planet is a very pleasurable experience. My salesperson understood me as a customer and worked to make a wonderful transaction. Based on my personal experience, I would recommend The North American Guitar Co. for purchasing, consigning, and consulting on all things guitar. Customer service is a rare commodity nowadays and it is very welcome here.

Great experience shopping through the website, the staff is very responsive and helpful via the chat, and also via email.
There were a few minor issues with the guitar I ordered when I received it, but talking to the staff over email we were able to resolve it and they made sure I was taken care of and happy with my product.
Special thanks to Kim for all of her help!

Very pleased with my recent fretboard tune up on my 1934 Martin. Always a pleasure working with the people at the North American Guitar shop! Thanks to all!

I was able to pick up both an acoustic and electric from The North American Guitar and am very pleased with my purchase. Working with Kim and Ben was a pleasure and they really helped me hone in on the right instruments.
