My Mother used this service for her Will when she found out she was going to pass from a terminal illness, out of everything i have had to deal with these guys have been by far the best customer service I have received especially Olivia Forster who had been my case manager, she had been a saint throughout everything, thank you all so much. I would highly recommend.

3 times this company has come up with excuses as to why they didnt turn up with the last appointment we had to re arrange our schedule, put ourselves out,the meeting was at 2pm and by 2.30,we hadnt heard anything i had to ring up onlt to be told he had family issues,WHAT A LOAD OF BS the time before that was car, problem,first time was family issues again,just lies after lies,steer clear of this company as they mess you about even a curtisey call would have been nice but no nothing they should be called thomas bradley ILLEGAL because of all the lies STEER CLEAR OF THEM

The lack of care this legal firm has is astounding. After being charged £174 for a "Free Will Service" I thought hopefully I would get my money back quickly. Or even receive said Will. Neither has happened. I sat down to arrange the Will in September 2025 and this is now late June 2026. Their finance team have stopped replying to my emails even though I was told they were going to be arranging the refund. After telling me I MUST RESPOND WITHIN 14 DAYS of receiving the draft will I did so quickly and their drafting team said on the 1st of February they'd have a signed copy sent via postal mail. Nothing has arrived. Its clear they ask a lot more from their customers than they are willing to do so themselves. When its their turn to respond they go radio silent. But reading other reviews I can see I'm not the first and absolutely wont be the last to become a victim to their laziness.

I was pleased with the service provided at home, excellent advice. But it's now 2 months and I haven't heard a word from them,I have tried calling and can't get to speak to anyone and emailed without any reply,very concerning as they have been paid in full, which I now consent a very silly error on my part . I really am loosing trust in this company and just want some reassurance

After he had done our will it didn't take long he went on to give us other information about other options to protect our finances he was not a sale's man and did not try to sell anything to us he just laid out our options

I cancelled a no. of times but they were always helpful.
They came to my home which was very convenient. However I don't find it easy to have strangers visiting. Stephen Bradley's easy- going but professional manner helped a lot. He gave concise & clear informationon. He answered all my questions &did not push me to buy services (such as storage & TTP ), readily accepting my decision that i wanted time to think about them.

The booking process was easy and I received a text message confirmation and a call a day before to reconfirm the appointment.

The estate planning consultant, Alan Holmes provided an excellent and personal service. He arrived early, showed his ID for verification that it was him. Alan had a thorough, professional and friendly approach. At no point in time did I feel uncomfortable discussing drafting my will. It was something I had put off but knew I needed to and Alan made the whole process stress free. I was reassured throughout by the information I was given and his experience. I could ask questions at any point and never felt I was being forced into any aspect I didn’t want or need. Having the appointment in my own home made it feel more relaxed and Alan had the rare ability to break down complex and often emotional issues of writing a will into something straightforward.

At the end of the appointment, Alan explained the next steps and additional services I might want to consider.
