I ordered some tees for Halloween recently. Even though I'm in Sydney, I didn't like the selection of the Australian website so I went ahead and still ordered from the American site.
According to the size chart, I am in between small and medium so I thought better a bit roomy than too tight. Unfortunately, the tees turned out way too big and not flattering (although the print and quality was as superb as usual).
I wrote to threadless's customer service and enquired if they could provide me with a barcode label for possibly discounted postage when I return the tees for an exchange.
Not only did I receive a reply so promptly, threadless also told me to "feel free to donate them or give them to someone who might enjoy them". I'd definitely donate them to relatives and friends and praise about their customer service!
I know why it's been 10 years and I'm still buying from threadless every now and then!

I love threadless! I had a handful of refunds to make and they helped me with all of them! They're super friendly and helpful! I ordered the same shirt in different shirt types, because I wasn't sure which fit I would like the most. After I figured out which shirt type I liked the most, I kept the one I liked and asked threadless to refund the rest. They told me to tell them which type of shirt I was keeping. I took a picture of the shirt I wanted to keep and sent the picture to them because I had somewhat of a difficult time telling which type of shirts were which. Based on the picture I sent they were able to identify which shirt I was keeping and refunded the rest.

So great! The shirts I ordered didn't fit quite right so I asked for an exchange but instead they sent me the same shirts but a better, more expensive, quality that are perfect! Love Threadless from Wisconsin!

I love this company. A recent order was a little snug. When they send me a message asking how it was, I was honest and told them how it fit, they immediately shipped the next size up. Thanks Threadless! I love the concept and the clothes.

I was sent the wrong colour of shirts and they were printed quite poorly as well. I messaged threadless tees about it and they were quick to get back to me . They will be sending me new tee shirts printed on the right colour shortly . I love ordering from them .

Always happy with the shirts I order from Threadless. On my most recent order, one shirt was sent in an incorrect size. The Threadless team responded to my email on the same day and resolved the issue without any hassles. Excellent customer service.

I had an issue with a product and they replaced it with a similar but slightly more expensive product for no charge. Their customer service was polite and responsive. I've ordered from Threadless at least five or six times in the past, and I've never been disappointed.

I ordered a sweatshirt that ended up being a little snug and reached out to their customer service team to have it exchanged. I have never had a better customer service experience. They responded in less than 24 hours, were kind, courteous, and had a new, larger size sent out the same day. I will absolutely be doing more business with this company and can’t praise them highly enough.

Seriously great company, and seriously great service. I have been buying tee-shirts from Threadless since 2013. They have great designs and if there are any problems, they sort them out right away. I've only needed to contact customer service twice about shirts that had marks (probably from the screening process) out of literally over 50 shirts I've purchased for myself and as gifts over the years. This week I received a shirt with a mark on it and emailed them photos and they sent out a replacement the next day. I got quick replies from the rep, Masha. She sorted everything out and my shirt is in the mail!!

I can't fault Threadless for their customer service. I contacted Threadless after a shipping company misplaced my package. Threadless took it on to resolve the situation, acted promptly, and went the extra mile to look after me as a customer.

Threadless is awesome. It's been my go-to tee site for forever. I have so many Threadless tees, many of them re-purchased after I've worn holes into them or worn the colour out.
And their support is brilliant. Recently I had a delivery not arrive. The Threadless team were extremely helpful in helping me try to track it down, and when it couldn't be found they immediately sent me replacements. As a final gesture of awesomeness, they sent me a discount voucher for the inconvenience. Now I'm excitedly searching for the next addition to my Threadless wardrobe. Love these guys.

I've ordered shirts many times from Threadless in the past and I ordered a mask from them last year and loved it and used it frequently until recently losing it. I ordered two new masks, moving up to their premium masks since they had adjustable ear straps and assumed these would be even better. I unfortunately did not pay attention to the product sizes noted on the site and just assumed it would be equal to or better than the mask I purchased last year. I don't know if my previous mask was actually larger, or if it simply was stretched over the year but the new masks were smaller on my face than I had expected. After contacting their support (responding actually to their proactive email asking about my satisfaction), I noted that I was disappointed with the new masks since they seemed smaller than my previous mask.
My first pleasant surprise was when they asked me to measure the mask to help determine if there might be a production quality issue which honestly was a refreshing change from a simple, blanket refund/exchange. It's great to see that their support actively try to not only solve the customer's issue at hand but also dig deeper to resolve potentially countless other unspoken customer issues.
After measuring the mask, I was able to confirm that the mask did actually match with the sizes as noted on their website. I've worked in the service industry and so take great pains to admit to making a mistake as the customer and so I stated I wasn't looking for a refund, just inquiring if they had larger sizes available.
To my great surprise and happiness, Stacie noted that their ultra premium masks were indeed larger by a fair amount, and then not only refunded my order (which honestly they did not have to since it was my mistake as the customer) but added an additional credit for the inconvenience!
I'd always had a good opinion of Threadless in the past but this experience with their customer service has not only solidified my appreciation for their company but makes me feel completely confident in any future purchase I would make from their site, and more than happy to spread the word about their exceptional service. Great job to Threadless as a company and to Stacie as a customer support representative!

So I bought some shirts on sale and Lo and behold 2 days later a better sale comes along. I was like, Hellz nah! What luck!
Anyway long story short I asked for the hook up and customer service hooked it up next day with no issues! Can’t get better service than that.
Aside from that I’ve been buying from them for years and I keep coming back because their shirt designs are great plus also to support local artists and you know… support made in Murica! :D

These guys are awesome. I ordered some stuff, it arrived and it was all absolutely beautiful, high quality, perfectly produced. No loose threads, no wonky zippers, literally not a single thing wrong or indeed not perfect except... I ordered the wrong size because i guess i can't use a tape measure properly. I got in touch with their lovely customer care team who replied to my email very speedily and were extremely polite and helpful. They shipped me out a new, correctly sized item at no extra cost, and they had to ship it internationally. I asked if i could at least pay the postage as the mistake was mine and they weren't charging me for the additional item. They not only refused to take the money they didn't even require me to ship the wrong sized item back to them. If i have any money left at the end of the month I'm going to buy more stuff to show my appreciation. Thanks, Threadless. You guys are doing great work.
