Quick and easy sort out the problem

Paul was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us. He took the time to explain all available options and we were able to make a very well informed decision.

Went into 3 in basingstoke regarding setting up 2 new iphone and 2 new ipads. At first we was told that they can only set up devices during week as it can be quite time consuming and was easier to do as they have more staff during week to. Paul Who served me At first told us how we could do it ourselfs At home Which i was grateful for. Paul then told us to come over and take a seat and he ended up setting up all our devices With ease and giving us great advice and customer service being very professional. I Will be coming into this store again into new year as very impressed with customer service that they provide. 10/10. Thanks again Paul great customer service.
