The staff, Tamera in particular ,has shown high level of professionalism. She knows her stuff and was able to provide me with all the answers I needed. She went above par and is quite knowledgeable of the products in store. She is an amazing member of staff. She is not just a marketer but an advisor. She provided me with all the information in order for us to make informed choice. Keep the fire burning 🔥

Oh my God what a great day it was i came up to the store ending up my contract with 3 but going back starting new journey with three and the reason was a wonderful representative Karen she handled my concerns so positively helped me throughout with extra ordinary support i got my new phone on spot with all necessary checks.., Three should hire tremendous staff like Karen she knows how to deliver 💯 customers service when they are coming up with negative builded image karen made my day and i must say i was loyal to my 3 network and more loyal with new journey cheers 3 team Chelmsford ❤️❤️

The team were all really helpful. Ryan, Dawn & Jamie are knowledgeable, professional and made it super simple. We were looking to add on some Data Roaming for holidays and the team found us the best deal and made it super friendly easy plus we got Paramount Plus as a bonus for free. Thanks team

Erin was amazing she went through the whole package explaining everything and listened to our requirements and found my elderly mum the best deal for her needs. She took the time to transfer all her iPhone to samsung removed all unnecessary apps and then set everything up. We could not have got better service. Received excellent service from Dawn today, although I’d transferred to Three from another network and via a third party, due to an issue with my SIM card not registering in my iPhone I went in for help! Dawn had no problem reassuring me and sorting the problem within 10 minutes - I am extremely grateful and would highly recommend this store! Thanks again!

Had a issue with my sim card and was way ubove my skill set. I was greeted by the manager Kenneth who was fantastic and very helpful with my issues. He welcomed a college called Jack who was trainning that day and was very patient with him and i was more than welcome to help. After the fantastic service i received i was offered a better deal on my contract. Left very please and would 100% recomend a returning visit. 💯
