Erin was amazing she went through the whole package explaining everything and listened to our requirements and found my elderly mum the best deal for her needs. She took the time to transfer all her iPhone to samsung removed all unnecessary apps and then set everything up. We could not have got better service. Highly recommend Erin for her customer service 5 stars thank you x

Received excellent service from Dawn today, although I’d transferred to Three from another network and via a third party, due to an issue with my SIM card not registering in my iPhone I went in for help! Dawn had no problem reassuring me and sorting the problem within 10 minutes - I am extremely grateful and would highly recommend this store! Thanks again!

Ha a issue with my sim can ans was way…
Had a issue with my sim card and was way ubove my skill set. I was greeted by the manager Kenneth who was fantastic and very helpful with my issues. He welcomed a college called Jack who was trainning that day and was very patient with him and i was more than welcome to help. After the fantastic service i received i was offered a better deal on my contract. Left very please and would 100% recomend a returning visit. 💯

Karen was extremely helpful and kind, I highly recommend this shop to resolve your issues. I have three lines with three and she helped me to smartly bespoke the best contract for each one of the lines, using the most of each and paying the least!
