Great customer service…
Went to the Cwmbran store looking for advice and spoke to Connar. He took the time to explain my options and went through in detail the costl Then assisted by Keira, my new phone was set up leaving me just a few things to do when I got home. Both were very friendly and professional and gave excellent customer service.

I came into store with a service issue and was served by the lovely team, Jodie and Brad specifically stood out. I didn’t need to buy anything, but have been having trouble with my phone. Both Jodie and Brad dealt with my issue and were incredibly helpful and a breath of fresh air. Really appreciate the help team! Glad I chose 3.

After my contract had ended I wished to continue my Three contract and take advantage of an offer I had received by txt but was unable to access it online. James at Three in Cwmbran was able to access my account and apply an upgrade offer that I couldn’t find online. Top man.
