I would like to thank Alvaro for the excellent service we received at the Three store.
Alvaro was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and gave us honest advice to help us choose the best option for our needs.
His customer service was outstanding, and he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We really appreciated his patience, knowledge, and positive attitude.

Simon and Bea gave me fantastic advice and patient support when helping me buy a new iPhone and in updating my plan today at the Leamington Spa 3 branch. Moved all my apps etc to the new phone and, as an older person, they made what could’ve been a stressful process very quick and simple. Very grateful!

Bea at the Leamington Spa store delivered faultless service - she supported me to upgrade one of my business lines but when we encountered an issue in store and it had to be escalated she continued to chase it up for over a week (clearly not a straightforward issue!), kept me informed all the way and was utterly delightful to boot. All resolved now. Thank you so much Bea. Give the woman a raise.

Big shout out to Aiden at the leam spa 3 store! Sorry, can't remember the first chaps name, but cheers to him too for his honesty on how screwed my phone was and my situation haha! But yeah, Aiden got me set up and sorted out when I was freaking out coz I needed to get to my sister's wedding the next day! And thanks for the laugh while we sorted it out too! Thanks tons lads, proper top notch service and loads of appreciation! 😁

I visited the three store today and was welcomed with the loveliest friendliest staff member named Bea. Her knowledge and patience is next to non and she made my experience in buying a new phone so easy. She was so helpful and even transferred my phone details over for me. I left my phone with her in store and went back to get it. All set up. Bea deserves all the positive praise she can get. Can’t fault her. Thank you Bea.
