Customer service was very good
Customer service was very good, very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend them more. Grayson helped making my contract cheaper and gave me ideas on where to get a phone outright. Couldn’t be happier!

I was having a bad experience with Virgin and wanted advise on changing to 3. Aiden was most helpful, I left with the unit and it was working in an hour! Brilliant!!
Also, a big shout for Bea who helped me with my mobile WiFi.

Aiden was truly exceptional—he went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience possible. I initially signed up for 4G home broadband, and he generously upgraded me to 5G at no extra cost. He also took the initiative to review my phone contract, noticed it had expired, and offered me a fantastic new deal.
What impressed me most is I casually mentioned that my phone screen had stopped rotating, and without hesitation, he investigated the issue and fixed it on the spot.
His professionalism, kindness, and efficiency made the whole experience seamless. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Thank you, Aiden—top-tier customer service!
