Tasha is the best experience I’ve ever had at coming to a three store in the 15 years. She was unbelievably helpful for me and fixed the issue that no one else at three could in the entire 3 weeks I’ve been trying to sort it.

Karam was amazing very friendly and helpful 👍

Was served today by Saao—what a wonderful soul! He was incredibly polite and never pushy in any way. He sorted us out with the best deal, and the whole process was quick and smooth. Very knowledgeable too.

I’d highly recommend 3 for Business. I was previously with O2 and went there first, but unfortunately wasn’t treated very well and they couldn’t offer a good deal.

When visiting this evening we were greeted with a warm welcome and Amaan was a lovely man who helped and guided us to the best plan possible. Thank you very much.

Abz was very accommodating to both me and my mum. I have been having trouble with my phone and roaming abroad for years and in 20 minutes he has fixed every issue I’ve had and explained exactly what I need to do very clearly and was very patient with me, as I do not understand tech to a high ability. 10/10 for customer service and a very personable gentleman. I will absolutely visit Abz at the Trafford Centre if I ever have an issue with my phone again. Thank you.

I took out a broadband monthly rolling contract with Three in February 26 and have been impressed with excellent connectivity and download speeds!! I decided to upgrade to a fixed 12 month contract so I visited the Manchester Trafford centre store and was dealt with in no time by Amaan who was friendly and professional and sorted out my new contract in about 15 minutes also saving me £7.50 a month so a big thumbs up for three and the plug and play broadband is a no hassle winner 👍

(Horrifying experience)
I am writing this to warn others about my experience at a 3 Shop today. I originally ordered a 2-year broadband plan online and received an email to collect the hub.
When I arrived at the store, a salesperson named Neil insisted on re-entering all my personal information, claiming it was for 'verification purposes.' He then asked for my bank details and email again. To my surprise, he set up a completely different plan with a higher price and asked me to sign it. When I questioned the price difference, he lied and claimed it was just for the first month and that the subsequent months would revert to the price of my original online plan.
I felt something was wrong, so I asked assistant manager , Natasha, for assistance. It was then revealed that Neil had deliberately created a new, more expensive account instead of simply activating my existing online order. Once I confronted them, the scam was exposed.
Please be extremely careful when signing contracts at 3 Shop. Some sales staff may attempt to alter your original agreement without your consent to benefit themselves. Double-check every detail before signing anything."

Karam was really helpful throughout the whole of our visit today. He explained everything clearly, made the transaction easy and a pleasure.
