More than a decade with 3 network
I've been a loyal 3network customer for over ten years, and my recent experience at the Trafford Centre store reaffirmed why.
The team there are consistently professional and helpful. We were assisted by Sean, who provided exceptional service to myself and my husband.
Sean took the time to understand our lifestyle and travel needs. He found us the most practical and suitable deal for going abroad, offering genuinely helpful advice. As we had our toddler with us, I was expecting a stressful visit, but Sean made the entire process seamless and easy.
Thank you, Sean! You are a true credit to the team! Your commendable performance and customer care will surely take you far in your career.

Served by a gentleman called sean. I went in to upgrade my sons phone. And ended up upgrading my phone at the same time. Sean is an exceptional member of staff who is an asset to the team. 1st class service.

Sean in the Trafford branch was very helpful with the entire part of of our time in the store. Explained the sim promotions really well and has a bright and engaging personality.
