Friendly service tailored to our needs
We have always received friendly service perfectly tailored to our 'old people' understanding. Chad listened to us and guided us to phones that were right for us. It seems like nothing is too much trouble and we feel able to go back for further support if we need it.

Went into the store because had a problem with my account that I couldn’t sort out online, or over the phone, ( to be honest, I could not understand what the person on the phone was saying) in store the staff were extremely helpful, big shout out to Chad who sorted out our problem and took time to explain it all to me in simple easy terms.
