Had a great experience that i had to write about! I am currently using 02 and just had a query about my phone, i struggle using and keeping up all the changes. A lovely young boy named jacob helped me with my issue, not expecting anything in return,but also educating myself on loyalty benefk8s of three, it was a refreshing experience and would highly recommend anyone to join them through the store!!!

Fantastic customer service
Went into the three store in swansea city centre with someone who was visually impaired. We were greeted at the front by Nikita. We had a very very difficult problem. She went above and beyond to help. She spent more time with us than I thought she would. She successfully helped us as much as she could and I will definitely be coming back.
