Fantastic service
I needed two new SIM-only deals and, being useless with technology, needed someone to take me by the hand and basically do everything that needed to be done to make that happen. I cannot praise Louis at Three's Swansea store enough - he found a great deal for me, sorted out PAC codes (what even are those?!), transferred the numbers, explained exactly what would happen and when, exemplary service. One of the PAC codes didn't come through immediately but Louis just said to call back in to see him when it did come through and when we did he sorted that out straight away. Cannot praise his service enough. Give that guy a raise!

10 out of 10 services today.. my iPhone has been porting a number for over from another network over a month. I haven’t been able to make or receive calls , messages. I have contacted 3 on a few occasions no resolution. Today in store Ryan fixed the issue in minutes so competent very professional I’m so happy with the service thank you
