Alex was very good, supported all the way through the process

My flight time was changed by Air India few ours a head. Due to that I was going to miss a pre-wedding event. I approached to my ticket agent T2I. I was served by Sandy - have explained about flight changes and request her if she can find an alternative flight. Within a couple of hrs she revert back to me with alternative flight details that match with my original flight, at no extra charge to me .
I really appreciate the service provided by T2I team (Sandy).
I recommend T2I a reliable and trusted travel agent.

Many thanks to Gaurav for searching through all possible options and getting us the best possible prices and matching two itineraries to travel together. Instead of just pushing for a sale, we were given multiple options, and the prices are the lowest compared to the ones I found on Internet.
