Travel company to go for
Travel company that is kind, understanding and very helpful.
I had bought tickets via this website in July...prices were very competitive, had to make last minute changes to my date and sadly was unable to travel due to family issues.
This company helped me at every step.
Especially, when I was fretting if I would get any refund back at all.
Nick from REFUNDS department helped me every step of the process.
His method of interaction via email was very kind,polite and professional.
He understood my situation, followed up with the airline and got the refund as per the time-period he said it would take.

You made a BIG difference during these difficult times.

However, we can confirm that the only telephone number for Tickets to India (indeed the only one that we use and have used for 20 years now) is 020 8518 9100. If you have dialed a different number, please check with that company.
If you have been a victim of fraud, we strongly suggest that you report this to Report Fraud at https://www.reportfraud.police.uk/ and if you have lost money, please raise this with your bank/ card issuer as they will be able to assist you with this.
Just to clarify, Tickets to India is a reputable business of longstanding and we only use one telephone number which is 020 8518 9100 and our website is www.ticketstoindia.co.uk
We hope that you manage to report this to the authorities and that you get the money back that you have lost.

No Atol certificate issued with Airline tickets.
I bought a airlines ticket by phone call on their website say all tickets are Atol projected but I didn't receive the Atol certificate with the air tickets when I complain about it I was not told we don't issue Atol certificate if want Atol certificate I have pay for it. I wasn't told any time of booking air tickets.
No point purchasing the Air tickets I was not told you have pay Atol certificate. We don't issue Atol certificate without asking for it.

Thank you for your review.
You are correct that all tickets booked with Tickets to India are automatically ATOL protected under our license. However, the ATOL protection is there to protect customers in the event of the agent going out of business and so certificates are not required once tickets are issued as the payment has already been made in full to the airline. Once the airline has been paid, the customer is then covered under the airline's protection
We do not, therefore, routinely send out ATOL certificates unless specifically requested and we charge £2.50 per certificate for this.
