Initial communication was excellent and all our questions were answered carefully. During the work, Lucas and Steve were extremely polite, pleasant and considerate. They worked carefully and neatly, making sure that furniture and skirtings were covered so nothing got damaged in the process. They worked quietly, the work was not rushed and done to a very good standard. I would highly recommend them.

Jack Day was fantastic. He was a expert in his field and has made my bathroom look brand new. He even took the time to explain each step and what to expect. I have already recommended him to my family. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Matthew surveyed the job of renovating our 100+ year-old hall tiles and then did an excellent job. He was very professional and explained the process fully and we can't rate him highly enough. Very happy to recommend him.

Steve cleaned, repaired and restored our 20+ year old travertine tile floor, which covers the kitchen and hallway. He worked diligently with great skill and expertise going over each individual tile - no detail was too small. An absolutely comprehensive job.
I would recommend the Tile Doctor service without hesitation. Our tile floor has had such a new lease of life that we have changed the colour scheme that we were going to re-decorate with!

Excellent experience. Took a huge amount of detailed care with our floor. Brought very old grout and tiles back up to a great standard. Also explained future care very well. Very tidy afterwards and job completed on time! No complaints at all!

Suzana and her colleague were extremely professional. They informed us what work needed to be done and why and were very adaptable to our needs. We required the job to be done at short notice due to an upcoming kitchen refurbishment and they managed to find us a space on a weekend despite such short notice.

They were very thorough and provided us with great advice as to how to mantain the cement tiles we have in future.

Our limestone tile kitchen floor had lost its shine and developed some cracks. Barry and Jack did a great job, filling the cracks and cleaning and resealing the floor. It’s now as good as new. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Barry and Jack. We are very satisfied customers.

We love our new front path and step. Walter discussed with us the options and once we had decided he set to, in sun and rain, and completed the path which is the envy of all our neighbours! In despair, I tried the Tile Dr! Our newly laid floor (2023) never looked right, was stained from the beginning and we couldn’t clean it with limestone care products. Diagnosis: deep clean, resurface and polish, provided neutral tile cleaner. The stone supplier’s limestone maintenance product (2023) includes bleach, Russell found (to our horror). Now the floor's a warm sandy colour not drab dull grey, with a shine. And - we hope - a good surface to clean and maintain. Huge thanks to Chris & Russell.

Excellent job on some very tired 6 inch red vintage kitchen tiling with heavily discoloured grouting and on a travertine bathroom floor in similarly poor condition - both transformed.
