very good and prompt response from this company. bought my tiles online. shipment arrived in 2 days.
had few cracked tiles. staff at the tile mountain gave me an ample time to check the tiles as our tiler wasn't starting the work a week after. got replaced damaged tiles within 2 days as these had to be send from mainland UK to northern Ireland. Great service.

Fantastic customer service
Kaz was fantastic in dealing with my issue, and resolved it to my satisfaction. Kaz was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I am very happy with Tile Mountain, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Great service
Great service, all tiles in stock and delivered quickly with no damage. Great price too. The delivery charge was a bit steep though and nearly doubled the cost of the tiles, however delivery driver was very good and helped me take them into my garden.

Worst service
Worst service , I purchased 6 packs of Matt black tiles and while one of the staff was loading into my car , I asked if excess was left can I return it, he told me to call whenever I want to return it. I had 3 packs left and rang the company. Only to be told they don’t collect returns. I just have 3 packs of tiles left in my store with no use.

Great Customer Service
Had a great experience with Tam and the rest of the team at TM, resolving an issue I had with some of the tiles I had ordered. They were very responsive and extremely helpful with my query. Would definitely recommend.

Great tiles & amazing customer service from Kaz
Really pleased with the tiles we ordered for our bathroom, they’re gorgeous (Precious Ivory Onyx Marble Effect Matt Porcelain Tile & Luma Antique White Gloss Ceramic Tile) and even more impressed with the customer service we received from Kaz, she was amazing and sorted out an issue we had immediately over the phone - thank you so much Kaz, this was our first experience of using Tile Mountain & we will definitely use them again!
