I had a fantastic experience with Tile mountain when purchasing tiles for my bathroom. The quality is excellent with a great selection of styles, colours and finishes to choose from. All staff were friendly one staff member Shayan helped me find the perfect tiles, he was patient, professional and genuinely happy to help. The finish result looks amazing and I’ve received so many compliments. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high quality tiles and outstanding customer service.

I bought tiles for a house which is undergoing complete renovation and unoccupied, meaning I needed sufficient prior notification of the delivery time to be able to ensure someone was there to receive the tiles. Rabia Idrees in Customer Service was extremely helpful in ensuring that the carrier was advised of the circumstances so that the delivery was received at a convenient time. I was worried on ordering initially but Rabia's professional and understanding communications reassured me that it would work - and it did.

Helpful staff in the shop suggesting ranges of tiles for an Edwardian bathroom. Easy to order samples although only possible to have 2 free samples. Swift next day delivery. Once I’d chosen the tiles it was easy to order through the shop, again really good customer service and there was extra discount because of the quantity of tiles ordered. Excelling service snd quality products.

I ordered grey floor and walls tiles they’ve been laid but the grey tiles on the wall don’t match the grey tiles on the floor. It’s nothing to do with the lighting. nothing to do with the order number as it’s been double checked and informed the shop about it and the shop decided to tell me you will get two different effect. Bit late for that now.

Placed order online said the tiles were in stock for delivery in 2-3 days. 48 hours later received an email to say out of stock and not available for delivery for approx another week. (1stJuly)Was assured that any change I would be notified of further delay. No communication further received. I went on to the website to check back in stock date for my product and noticed it said back in stock 10th July! I called to confirm if this was correct and it was. Lack of promised communication about delays! Cancelled order, very disappointing.

Easy to order, samples arrived on time and delivery of LVT arrived on time. We did have two packs damaged however it was dealt with swiftly and fast by Seemab. Damages happen all it matters how you deal with it! I would highlights recommend and will use them again.
