What truly sets Timothy Oulton apart — beyond its stunning collection — is the exceptional service provided by the team. We were greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and the depth of care shown by Racheal and Sam, making my visit feel personal and special.
Rachael’s passion, expertise and genuine kindness make her an absolute standout. Racheal has an excellent ability to listen, understand and proactively guide thoughtfully through the selections available. Her knowledge and patience turn a furniture purchase into a joyful experience.
Sam’s dedication to customer satisfaction is remarkable. Sam is responsiveness and willing to go above and beyond.
Racheal and Sam treated me like a valued guest even though it was my first visit to the Chelsea store.

A beautiful showroom and truly exceptional service
Yesterday, we visited the Timothy Oulton showroom on Tottenham Court Road and had a genuinely lovely experience. The showroom is inspiring, the pieces are beautifully crafted and the overall atmosphere is effortlessly premium. However, what stood out most was the service: warm, attentive and highly knowledgeable with great taste, and without any pressure. We felt really well looked after from start to finish. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

The customer service was excellent and my assistant was so friendly and she couldn’t be any more obliging. The whole process of me sitting on the Sofa to efficiently being emailed the Sofa details etc and paying was so swift and seamless. I would definitely recommend Timothy Oulton.
