His innate ability to see artistic value and the essence of perfection in a product's design became the starting point for everything new. We travelled from Yorkshire down to…
We travelled from Yorkshire down to London specifically to visit the Blue Bird flagship gallery, we could not have been treated better! from the moment we arrived we were seated and offered tea and biscuits.
We then wandered around the amazing store until we saw the sofas that we wanted, they were just what we were hoping for, down and feather filled that wrapped around you in luxurious comfort. Chloe and her associates treated us to lunch and were extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy.
We ordered exactly what we wanted and celebrated with a Kia Royale, the whole experience was without doubt the "Best shopping experience ever!"
The entire staff were truly fantastic in every way and we will most certainly be back.

I went into the Kings Road Timothy Oulton looking for a gift, Rachael gave me a tour of the Gallery and told me the story of the brand and all about Tim. She was so attentive and kind and made it a very special experience. I couldn’t recommend this company or Rachael highly enough.

Great experience
Popped in for an impromptu browse at this delightful shop on the Kings road. Despite not being in the market for furniture, I was welcomed and looked after with genuine warmth and kindness. India was extremely friendly and professional, guiding me through the range of products with acute knowledge while creating a relaxed, homely atmosphere. I am thoroughly impressed by the quality and the customer service of this brand and will most certainly be coming back.

The friendliness and customer service provided by Thomas Payne at the Tottenham Court Road branch was first class, he has been super helpful and attentive right through the process. We have now taken delivery of our Nest sofas which are stylish, beautifully made and so comfortable. Not a quick order but well worth the wait. Thank you Thomas!

The ultimate shopping experience?
Stumbling upon Timothy Oulton when browsing King’s Road was a bit like discovering Tutankhamen’s Tomb…quite an unexpected and truly wonderful discovery!!
But even more wonderful than the shop itself was the experience being served by India, one of the most helpful, caring and professional shop attendants we have ever come across. And we have been to a few shops over the years… There were just no limits to her service mind and willingness to assist. Even if we just purchased a few small items she made us feel extraordinarily special and looked after.
Having staff like her in the team, Timothy Oulton should be so pleased to know that customers will definitely opt to come back for more! Thank you so much India, you made our day!!
