I had a very disappointing experience with Tiny Box Company.

I placed an order for customised gold bar gift boxes with a specific design, and despite waiting, there has been no real progress at all. It feels like the order has just been sitting there with no action taken.

Communication has also been frustrating. Instead of clear updates or timelines, I’ve had to chase their support team multiple times without getting a proper resolution.

If the company is not able to handle custom design work, they should not be accepting such orders in the first place. This has caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience.

Overall, very unprofessional service. I would not recommend them, especially if you are working to a deadline or need reliable delivery.

Not only do I like their products I have also just had a fantastic customer service experience. My order had been delayed or possibly lost by the courier. When I contacted them to find out more I had a response within minutes to my email and - although not their fault at all, Rebecca at Tiny Box Company pulled out all the stops to re-send my order and ensure it arrived within a very short time.
