Worst Tire Buying Experience I’ve Had

It has been an entire month dealing with TireMart, and this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

They started by shipping me the wrong size tire, which I returned immediately. From that point on, everything went downhill. I have called repeatedly, and no one ever answers the customer service number they provide, so don’t expect to actually get help when there’s a problem. I’ve had to send emails almost every single day just to try and get any kind of response.

The replacement tire was supposedly going to ship out two weeks ago… still nothing. To make it even worse, they sent me a tracking number two weeks ago, and then it was cancelled the very next day. So just because you get a tracking number from this company does not mean your order is actually coming.

Here’s the kicker: the only way I was able to get a real person on the phone was by calling the new sales department and pretending I was buying another tire, then demanding they handle my issue. That should tell you everything you need to know about how they prioritize customers.

After weeks of chasing them down, I’m finally told my order can’t even be fulfilled due to a “stock issue.” So after a month of waiting, returning their mistake, and doing all the follow-up myself, I’m left with nothing.

This entire situation could have been avoided with basic competence and communication. Instead, it’s been a complete waste of time.

Customer service is terrible, response time is unacceptable, and the lack of accountability is unreal. I will never buy from TireMart again. Save yourself the headache and take your business somewhere that actually values its customers.

We'd like to start by pointing out that you've had a handful of orders with us, all of which were successful and without issue. Furthermore, in this case you purchased 4 tires and received only 1 incorrect tire by an unlucky accident - as soon as you reported the issue, we attempted to resolve it with a Free Return and subsequent replacement.
We do acknowledge the issue and apologize to you about it, but issues like this are not the norm and our effort to help you was genuine!

The issue was reported on March 28th, the replacement was created on the 9th as soon as your return was actually received and processed. Sadly, despite our attempt to expedite the replacement - hence the tracking number being provided immediately - we later heard back from the warehouse that a stock issue occurred. There was an attempt to locate and procure an additional tire, however it sadly failed.

Now, we did reply to every single phone call, live chat and email as soon as we could. The delays you experienced are not acceptable and we take accountability for them, and are in the process of making improvements to our operating capacity and methodology. With that said, you did not "wait weeks" to hear from us, and our sales queue simply has less people calling than the main one, there's no conspiracy to be had.

Overall, your frustration with the unlucky issue and subsequent stock problem are understandable, and we do agree that the overall communication delays were not up to par. With that said, again, you've had a history of successful orders with us that do show consistency in both competence and communication, so we do kindly implore you to not come to the harshest possible conclusion.

I was pleased with the overall experience.I received 3 tires and had wait for the fourth, but that's fine.I'm very satisfied.I just had them installed yesterday.Thank you so much

Terrible Service

I orderd two tires online. Waited, nothing. I called customer service and was told the order was fraud. I used my company billing address which is linked to my card and had the delivery at my home which is about 1.4 miles away. Now, I have to wait two days before the money is returned. Oh, and I got a fraud email and I confirmed that it was infact me that bought the tires for my truck. No one at Customer service was helpful and I have Army Reserve training this weekend and now I'm stuck. Thanks Tiremart. Really bad 1st and last experience.

We apologize, however, all of our orders are reviewed by a professional anti-fraud solution that specializes in combating online fraud. They reviewed the order and reported it as a high-risk transaction - even after the apparent email verification. This is not a common occurrence, so it is something we treat seriously in an effort to defend ourselves and the cardholder.

Obviously we do what we can to avoid any false-positives, but ultimately do trust our partner on their decision - and process all orders as soon as we can, which does include refunds where we likewise inform all customers about their orders.

We'll certainly re-review this entire matter and process a refund as appropriate, but ultimately this order was cancelled out of necessity as our fraud prevention partner noted irregularities beyond just some address discrepancies.

Fast and easy

It's so easy to order online. My tires were delivered to my home. Great tires at a great price. Had to pay a shop 28 dollars a tire to mount, but all went smoothly. I will definitely order from TireMart again.

Buyers be aware, not a serious company

I ordered a set of 4 tires that were advertised as take of tires, meaning they were professionally installed and uninstalled on a vehicle for advertising purposes only which cannot be called new because of the mounting and dismounting , and i received a heavily used tire set with uneven surface and cracks, when contacted costumer support I was told that I have to pay for the return in order to receive a refund ( the return shipping cost is upwards of $90).
Very disappointed. BUYERS BE AWARE OF THIS PRACTICE AND LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR TIRES, IT DOESN'T WORTH IT

Easy fix but Refused to do the right thing

This company sent the incorrect order twice. Then would not send the correct order until they received the incorrect order. Essentially making the customer responsible for their mistake. Additionally I was charged for upgraded tires with white letter outline and I never received what I paid for. This was an easy fix, by delivering what was paid for initially. Then realizing the mistake and send the correct tires immediately without requiring the customer to wait. Also there is the matter of over charging and then ignoring emails from the customer trying to get things rectified. To make things worse,ebay supported this seller in response for help. Try getting a hold of someone at ebay to help.... Good luck. Dont order from this company, you will regret your decision.

Robbed

4 of 6 tires failing won’t let you talk to a manager. Been on less then a year and we’re year old when received. Been waiting weeks for warranty

Bad experience

Bad experience
They send 6 years old tires
In month of September i received 4 tires manufactured in 2018 semitrailer tires.
My mistake was installing those tires.
Lesson learned.

Now after 6 months all 4 tires started to peel from the sides with cracks due to being 6 years old.

At this point i contacted them NOT about this issue, but about trying to buy again from them tires but asked to make sure that tires are not as old as the first time.

Response from them was that they have thousands of tires and simply can not look for this info on the tire.

So basically ordering from them you are screwing you up, because you will get bad quality tires.
Be smart and return those old tires back to them if you have time and money.
