Wow such a great personal service here. Was met by Corin (store manager) and was given a full tour. I was made to feel really welcome and even offered a bottle of water whilst waiting.
Love this type of customer service.

From my initial email enquiry to Titan Littlehampton to the day our household arrived by container Theo & Corinne were extremely professional and helpful. The facility was spotless and even our shipping company guys were impressed. Great to have this service now on our doorstep

I came across Titan Storage when looking for somewhere to store our belongings in the interim of our house move. I first spoke to Corinne by telephone who gave the specifications of the unit that would be suitable for our needs.

I was in the area prior to when we needed it so called in on the off chance and meet Theo, who kindly offered to show me some units and worked out the cost.
Once we had exchanged contracts I contacted them again and spoke to Corinne, we decided on having two units, that way if necessary keeping the smaller one if necessary for a further few months. I completed the online forms.

We went down with two van loads, completed the remainder of the paperwork and Theo showed me how to access the gates and the units. I cannot recommend both Corinne and Theo highly enough, they were both extremely friendly, helpful and very professional. I will definitely recommend Titan Storage to my family and friends.

Titan is clean , reliable and very secure with two factor security entry .
24 hour access also can be included in your package . The manager Neil and staff cannot be more helpful to make moving , storing and moving on very easy .
I would definitely use again in the future and highly recommend .

I cannot recommend Titans in Braintree highly enough. Steve and his colleagues are always friendly, helpful and very professional.
Prices are excellent, and when I needed to down size to a smaller unit, nothing was too much bother, and no hard sell to continue paying for extra space when not needed.
I will definitely use Titan’s for self storage again if needed.

My time using titan storage has been an stress-free delight from start to finish. The storage areas themselves are immaculate, the loading bay is well designed for multiple people to be loading at once, the 24 hour access is a simple yet safe system, but above all else the customer service has been second to none.

During my time here, I changed jobs and therefore changed paydays, which caused a direct debit to bounce before making arrangements with titan. Tyrone handled the transition smoothly with a consistent friendly and understanding voice to help accommodate me. He really has gone above and beyond to make the situation as stress free as possible.

I’ve since recommended family members to use Titan and will be returning for any future storage requirements I have.

I highly recommend Titan Littlehampton. Having never rented a storage unit before I really didn't know how it all worked. Corinne and Theo were brilliant; helpful, flexible, professional and kind. Great customer service from Corinne and Theo at Titan storage. Theo talked me through the initial process and showed me the size of units available and a detailed tour of the site. Quickly filling the first unit we required a second at short notice and Corinne sorted that for us with ease making everything as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Titan storage Littlehampton, Corrine and Theo were both helpful and professional.

Excellent customer service from Corinne and Theo at the Littlehampton storage unit. Theo provided the initial tour of their facilities, showing me a couple of different sized units, which were very clean with a nice temperature level.
