DO NOT order with them, looking at all the reviews you won’t get what you ordered and even if you cancel the order you get charged 70% of your order because it’s “custom” and to meet shipping deadlines and yet they take over a month to arrive from China

Anniversary couple shirts—our song lyrics embroidered.  Wore them on our date; felt so special.Unfortunately, we received the sweatshirt two days after the anniversary.

Ordered a personalised throw and paid for Express delivery (£10) I didn't realise the company was in China until it shipped. All in took about a month to deliver. It arrived in the wrong colour, grey instead of green.
Because it was personalised they said they couldn't send another so offered $5 refund (£3.67) I wanted a more of a refund, even to cover the shipping, but they've just ignored me since. Etsy next time.

Baby blanket with little one’s name is adorable. Although the color of the embroidery thread is wrong, Kiddo snuggles with it nightly. Precious keepsake.

Embroidery color is a bit duller than shown. Still, the shirt’s material is decent, and the stitching is sturdy.

Delivery was 8 days late. The embroidered totebag looks nice, but the zippers feel flimsy. Needs quality improvement.

Waited 15 days for my hoodie, much longer than promised. Embroidery’s good, but the delay was frustrating. Hope they improve on this.

Took over 5 weeks to get my order. I had to email them multiple times to send the photo for the custom hat with our dog on it. I sent 3 photos so they could choose the best one, and told them our dogs name to put on the hat also. What I got back was embarrassing! They printed TWO dogs and no name!

Super expensive China junk.

My delivery has not come through, over a month of waiting. No reply from customer support. Scam company. Use someone else

DON’T GET SCAMMED! Paid 11 francs premium shipping (plus an item cost) to then not receive an email confirming the purchase, with my order number, contacted costumer support and still haven’t got an answer nor my money back

Don't buy in this website. Terrible embroidered and terrible service. I paid $80 for two embroidered sweaters for me and my boyfriend, the form of the lines is so bad make, besides the texture of the sweater is so bad.
In their website says that they accept exchange or return of their product in within 30 days and is not true. I tried to returned them and they said is not possible because are a personalized sweaters.
They are a liars and thieves!

Very shoddy website design. Clearly indicated that I wanted a Spotify playlist design…instead the literally printed “Make it a Spotify Playlist”.

Customer service refused to help- instead demanding more money. Use a reputable Etsy seller and avoid this company. Wish them the slow fall into failure they deserve.

Immediately after finalizing the purchase, I contacted customer support and they danced around my questions, misused words which destroyed company legitimacy and credibility, and refused to offer a refund even before production began. 19 days later, the sweatshirt arrives and will now be sent directly back to its original sweatshop. The sweatshirt itself is cheap thin fabric and horribly sized (far too small for the size ordered), and the design is unforgettably worse than I was expecting. The embroidery looks nothing like the reference picture, and the patch isn't even centered.
Do not purchase anything from this company because the price doesn't match the product, the customer service is nearly nonexistent, they refuse refunds, and the entire website experience from the purchase to the package tracking is sketchy. I should've known better.

SCAM! I accidentally purchased it cause it said proceed to find out shipping price and it just automatically bought from the store and they refuse to give me a refund.

Garments supplied were incorrect and when questioned the customer service was incredibly rude and refused to offer a refund or returns policy

Product is low quality and it was not the picture I uploaded. I emailed them about it, but the customer service is very bad. I wish I read the reviews earlier.

I ordered an embroidered sweater for my husband for Father's Day. The size was not true to size. It was too small. The site says "satisfaction guarantee", so I reached out to the company. The representative informed me that I would need to purchase a new sweater. Upon inquiring about their "satisfaction guarantee" promise, they never responded. I followed up with 3 emails with a few weeks in between and still haven't received a response.

I would stay away from this company given their misleading website statement and poor customer service.

Absolute scam. Said it’s free UK delivery but charged £8, said it’ll be no longer than 15 days but it took a month. Sweatshirts arrived really poor quality. Very thin material, stitching is poor quality. And the sizing is insane. I’m normally a men’s medium, I ordered a large for a relaxed fit, it’s arrived and it’s probably smaller than a men’s small. The sleeves only just reach past my elbows. It’s insane.

my order took extremely long and at first when tracking it was listed in english then in chinese!!! when it finally came it was not complete with what i ordered and paid for, only part of what i wanted to be written was done...very dissappointed and do not recommend to deal with this company

I regret not looking up the reviews before purchasing. Item is extremely low quality, low stitching quality and very long shipping time. I had high hopes for my order but left less then satisfied, I wish I could get my money back.
