Further to the reply by TM I am disappointed with its content ref costs .
At the outset an max upper limit was expressed in writing which I accepted. Finally TM withdrew 3 times the initial cost range without my consent from
my account with them. I was informed very occasionally of the amount on the clock and the first advice received about 6/7 months from the date of agreement. There were hidden costs which only came to light towards the end of the case which is still ongoing with third party input. It is important for me to fight my corner against a relatively large firm of solicitors and this will continue.

My wife and I recently used Thomas Mansfield to draw up our Wills, taking advantage of the Charity Free Wills Network which enables you to get a simple Will drawn up at no cost. You don't have to leave a gift in your Will to the charity who introduced you to the service although we chose to do so.

Although this must be very small beer to a firm of solicitors, the service provided by Thomas Mansfield was first class. The staff we dealt with (Nicola Crush and Beth Downes) were thoroughly professional, extremely helpful and efficient all the way through the process.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Thomas Mansfield based on our experiences.

Doing “will for free” we had a fantastic response . Nicola was very professional , gave us very good advice and dealt with the necessary forms to make It easy to follow. We did it all on line and completed the process with the able assistance of Beth. What more can you want or need. No hassle and now ( appx 2 weeks later) we have our new wills signed, witnessed and given the ok to store it ( if we wanted to )
