Please do not purchase from this website - Problems I faced with a handmade painting:
1. They delivered a poorly made painting as if made by some unprofessional artist
2. The support team does not respond despite seeking a refund / replacement multiple times
3. Founders Mansi and Manas Gupta are highly unprofessional and they themselves are not responding on LinkedIn or Instagram.
4. WhatsApp and Instagram support team has blocked numbers as they do not have any solution
5. Their staff members (the ops team member who sold the painting) is rude and will keep delaying your queries

Now I am contacting the police for redressal as these folks are not returning the amount of Rs 5200..!!

Worst service. Sent a cake for my friend and she received it half melted nothing written on the cake inspite of special instruction

Recieved an apology cake later on and my friend is happy now

Tofay.com has been keeping my dollars for 'Ramzan Ration For a Needy', and they are sitting on it. I asked them to refund my money, no answer ... better lesson learnt than deal with them. Very poor servicing - with no end result. Order # TP04Mar-222486. I'm very disappointed. I did not expect this from a muslim country.

Very bad service please avoid to buy something

I spent 11000rupees and instead of behari gravy i ordered, they sent dry salty and spicy seekh kebabs. Lil basket with snacks and that we can get from store but i know as i wanted to deliver.but main item was a disaster.everyone saying waste of money.in the amount i spent could have arrange a proper dinner.

The order is not what is shown in the pictures. They delivered it at 7pm after the whole day had passed. I placed my order 5 days agao and still they had not had it ready. The chocolate bouquet that was delivered was totally rubbish and nothing like what it showed in the pictures. Order from elsewhere but nit with Tohfay.

Salam! I used tohfay.com last week and I am happy to share that I got Amazing service from them. I ordered a its your day arrangement box for my Fiance and it was delivered on time and process was very easy. The presentation of the gift was fantastic and Tohfay.com provided an amazing service and customer experience. i have been more than a regular customer of this site, but strangely every passiny day, the service declined. pplacement of orders superb, payment system is also fast
confirmation reciepts also good.
BUT things delivered in quite an un presentable way unlike a tohfay (gift) standards and not in time specified

sadly i used to order from Saudi Arabia but i am no more willing to use this site .
please improve the delivery standards by incorporating few measurable parameters for the person responsible for delivery /packing the items locally (at city )to customers

I ordered 10 kilograms of Anwar Ratol Mangoes, but they sent Desi mangoes instead. I am not happy with the quality of the mangoes either. Other than that, the delivery was prompt.

Placed an order for Eid-Al- Fitr 2023. Delivery time: 3 working days. VISA paid. We are now more than a month later, and the delivery still hasn't taken place. Mailed Tohfay.com several times with a screenprint of the order confirmation. The mailaddress is operational. They don't even have the decency to reply. STAY AWAY FROM TOHFAY.

I ordered a mother’s day basket for my mother for mothers day but the basket did not follow the description but Mohammad faisal shahid(Lahore) came to the rescue and was able to help us get the basket we ordered. My mother was happy with the service provided by Mohammad Shahid and thank you for being prompt in fixing the problem with our order.

Always bad quality products delivered and prices are sky high. Do not recommend at all!

Worst customer service

I used to have best experience but now they change for bad, my $235 worth of orders are in pending since last 10 days order on March 15 and March 17th and no one is bothering to respond, since last few days all have same excuse discussing internally.

Definitely last order of my life after being customer since last 6 years.

The BEST RELIABLE online Delivery service in Pakistan, I ordered from Canada and was in contact with the Tohfay owner on whatsap and through chat on their website and they delivered on time and even more they delivered FRESH FRUITS and FRESH food basket I requested. Was initially worried ordering from them because of fraud taking place online, but I highly recommend them, verified buyer from Canada, thank you Tohfay!!!

They commit a great product but deliver a cheaper one.
Always check from recipients, orders are not always the same. Tohfay has lost its quality of work.
