We have used Tracker to help us to deal with wasps nesting under our drive as well as rats terrorising us in our new home. Jack is very experienced and knowledgeable. I highly recommend his services.

Called Jack when we heard 'visitors' in the loft. His swift and effective visits had the 'visitors' gone. Not just gone but the entry places repaired for hopefully no further problems. Jack is professional and friendly, keen to explain the situation so we were in no doubt what needed to be done. Should we have any pest problems in the future he will definitely be our first port of call. Thanks Jack!!

All good. Jack came and sorted an issue with pigeons nesting in our loft. He fixed the immediate issue and was happy to come back quickly to sort out a few other bits and pieces.

Not entirely sure where to start to give Jack the credit her deserves! We were blown away by how incredible he was not just at resolving our Pest issue, but in the due diligence and care provided. The short version of the problem is we had Rats in the walls! Very loud and very invasive rats! We called jack and he was round within a few hours to do a preliminary check of the house/drains/garden etc. opting for the least invasive measures to start with which we wanted. Unfortunately not two nights later we actually saw one in our kitchen at around midnight! It’s one thing knowing they are in the walls but to know they had managed to get into the house was a different ball game. Once again we called, and Jack was round asap. This time we took measures further and pulled out all the appliances where we found two potential entry points, both of which Jack closed up with concrete! Next he spoke with our neighbours who agreed to let us lift up the fence posts to check the side of the house and thats where Jack found the entry point! I didn’t know how he saw it either as I didn’t which only shows how good he is at spotting all the signs to look for! He advised we inject poison in this particular area to kill/deter re-entry rather than concrete up at this stage as he didn’t want to risk blocking them in, and then advised once the noise dies down to come back and block it up for good which is exactly what happened! Issue sorted within a few weeks! The communication was spot on too more often than not Jack actually reached out to us to check in way more than we reached out to him! We have two autistic children and whilst we don’t expect preferential treatment in any way jack definitely seemed to understand the implications and looked after us more than we could ever have hoped for! Whilst I hope we never have to use him again, if we do I would’t ever go anywhere else than Jack at Tracker pest control as he is hands down the best in the area.

Called when I identified a possible wasp problem. They came the next day and cleared up my problem straight away. Very friendly and helpful.

Jack and Ian did such a good thorough job when I needed to have a colony of bees removed. They fully explained each step that needed to be done and left everything all neat and tidy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Highly recommended. Having had a rodent problem we called Tracker Pest Control and Jack came and saw us very promptly. He explained everything he was doing and was very mindful of the two dogs we had too.

Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable, Jack quickly deducted where some mice were getting in and dealt with them in a safe manner that didn't put pets or other wildlife at risk. You wouldn't get that sort of service from the big corporations.

I rang this company, after finding them on Google, as my bathroom was full of wasps early this morning. Despite being very short notice they arrived within half an hour, Jack found the nest and treated it very quickly and efficiently. He explained where it was and how he treated it. I can’t thank him enough for the excellent service, I highly recommend them.

I could not recommend Jack highly enough. Despite being under the weather he came out within 24hrs to deal with a wasp nest in the garden because he knew I was worried about letting my dogs out. The service was first class from the start. The job was completed in a day in not very good weather.

Jack recently helped my mum when she had some unwelcome visitors. He came round within short notice, went above and beyond to deal with the issue humanely but most important for us was the reassurance by what Jack put in place that the visitors wouldn’t return. Jack is the perfect representative for Tracker Pest Control and a gentleman that has restored my faith and trust with a smaller independent trades business. He not only holds himself to account but is an expert (including legislation) that has a natural aptitude to articulate coherently and decipher language to a less informed audience i.e. me the customer.
I noticed, from my experiences with Jack, that he diaries everything to ensure he does not compromise with his assurances and is a professional using his expertise to find solutions even where it involves thinking widely.
The resolution to my issue, with squirrels in the roof, was compounded by having limited access through the presence of a loft. Jack sought the solution, unlike his peers, to resolve the issue despite it being an unwanted challenge.
I'm truly grateful for his perseverance, professionalism and availability despite having a demanding schedule. Such was my experience that I have already recommended him to family, friends and colleagues.
