Good service from Tracker Pest Control. Jack is a very knowledgeable pest controller and fully explained the steps needed to eliminate the rat problem we had. No hard sell, just an honest appraisal of what had to be done. After 3 visits from Jack and a couple of rat trap casualties the horrible vermin are gone - hopefully for good. Do yourself a favour, if you have a rat infestation, forget DIY solutions and get the professionals in - it’s money well spent. I would recommend Tracker Pest Control to anyone in a similar predicament.

Jack is great - such a nice guy and he really knows his stuff. We had mice and he came out at very short notice. He was by far the friendliest, most positive and most responsive of anyone at the 7 or 8 pest control companies we contacted. I am so glad I kept looking after feeling unsure about hiring the others. Jack was thorough, took alot of time to check the house and his approach was reassuring...I really felt he wanted to solve the problem and make me more comfortable in my house. Just what I hoped for. Two weeks after laying bait, he came back to fill holes which he did neatly and carefully, checking with me in case there were any I was particularly worried about. Nothing was too much trouble. i can’t thank Jack enough for his help in locating entry points for rats to access under my property which a previous company had missed! . Needed someone to come deal with a maggot infestation as soon as possible and was out of hours (9.30pm). Tried 5 companies who either said no one is available or to call in the morning even though their business mentioned 24 hours service. Within 5 minutes of speaking to Jack he was already in the car and on the way. He really helped us. Friendly, very professional and informative. Great service, would highly recommend.

Pest Mortem Pest Control teamed up with Jack from Tracker Pest Control to remove a Honey Bee Colney from the side of a garage, the Bee's had moved into a empty cavity behind some tongue and groove boards that had to be striped apart so that the bees could be safely removed and relocated into a Bee Hive with out any harm to them. Jack is very experienced with a great deal of knowledge and skill in Honey bees and Pest control, would highly recommend him to anyone.

Jack did a great job of removing our honey bee nest from our chimney stack. We agreed a fee and Jack reduced this when he found the removal would be simpler than anticipated. Glad to know the bees went to a good home and the removal was done safely and humanely.
