Harry and Amar have been exceptional and explained everything made buying the car a breeze and been looked after perfectly

3-star sales, 0-star service. Do not trust the high ratings.
​While my initial buying experience seemed positive, I now realize why this dealership has high ratings: they pressure you to review them on the spot right when you are happy buying the car. ( Very few people come back to update their reviews when things go wrong, which feels like a manipulative tactic to build false confidence).
​I am deeply disappointed to report that my vehicle broke down within just five days of ownership with multiple, major faults. The quality of their cars is incredibly poor, and their service center appears to be perpetually overwhelmeld (full- you don't have a space to park inside the property).
​The subsequent lack of support and effectiveness from the after-sales team has been painfully bad. They simply do not care and refuse to help:
It took them 4 weeks just to pick up my car, and another week just to look at it. I have now been waiting 5 days just for the mechanical report, and I still have no answers from the management.
​Zero Support: No courtesy car has been provided. They show absolutely no understanding of the personal struggles and pressure my family is going through being left without a vehicle.
​This dealership is a joke. Once something goes wrong, you are entirely on your own. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Harry & he was the most helpful person I have ever met he explained everything & he was the most knowledgable person I’ve met in a long & he definitely needs a pay rise & if we had more Harry’s in this world the world would be a much better place xxx he’s an absolute credit to this Company xxx

Staff was thorough

Be very careful with the EMaC warranty sold by Trade Centre UK. During the sale, it was presented as covering everything from a light bulb to a complete engine failure. However, when I made two claims for a genuine engine issue, both were rejected.

The warranty sounded excellent when it was being sold, but my experience when I actually needed to use it was very disappointing. Great sales process, poor support when it came to claiming.

Samiha was absolutely brilliant and helped me massively collecting my car! A 5 star experience for sure!
