Really great experience and super helpful would recommend

Brought a 2018 Ford Focus ST Line X 1.0 Ecoboost 140ps on the 28th July 2026 with finance from the Coventry showroom.
Found a trouble code P061A in the car after scanning with diagnostics and discovered that an oil change was not done in ~27000 miles which is detrimental for a wetbelt; all found straight after purchase. (Online service and physical service book had no history from 29000 miles, Ford had 56500 miles when brought)
Later on, I would eventually find the tyres peeling, the waste gate actuator linkage loose, the heat shield cracked and loose being held in place by a bolt, and oil sat on top of the engine with rubber in it; proving that the wetbelt is deteriorating.
List of issues:
1. Rubber in oil (Worn wetbelt)
2. Peeling tyres
3. P061A trouble code (Came back after clearing)
4. Cracked and loose heat shield.
5. Loose actuator on turbo (Linkage wiggles and rattles)
I am booked for a specialist assessment on the 1st September, however this is a very long wait on an issue which is potentially dangerous and needs immediate attention.

there a bunch of con artists that rip off vulnerable people and sell them cars that are not fit for purpose.. just like they did to me. PLEASE read the reviews from all those that have had nothing but issues with this company. Look at the BBC news report on the company including the Coventry branch. But if you do make the mistake of buying a car from them then either do it on finance or pay by credit card. its your only chance of getting your money back. Terrible company that in my opinion is rotten to the core.

My first impressions of this company were very positive. The sales advisor was friendly, professional, and made the buying process feel straightforward. Unfortunately, after purchasing the vehicle, I discovered that some important information I had been assured was accurate was actually incorrect.
I was told that certain work had already been carried out on the vehicle, but it later became clear that this wasn't true. To their credit, the company agreed to cover the cost of the work after the issue was raised, which I appreciate. However, this situation should never have happened in the first place.
My advice to anyone considering buying a vehicle from this company is to be careful. Don't rely solely on what you're told—check all the paperwork and verify that any work or promises relating to the vehicle are properly documented before completing the purchase.
Overall, the customer service at the point of arriving was positive but on collect of the vehicle the visit turned negative. The inaccurate information after the sale left me disappointed and has affected my confidence in the company.

Samiha was fab deserves a pay rise

It was ok. There are three stages. First stage was the sale, which went well. Second stage was finance. That was ok. Third stage was handover which was great but it was a long wait to get there. Loads of staff milling about but few few getting it over the line. Once the wait was over, the final part was great.

At last I got my dream car which was mad happens by the staff

They sold my dad a car that hade 15 faults and knew he was driving over an hour with a kid in the car. They aren’t giving him money back and a mans car was on fire and still didn’t give him his money back. Horrible place DONT GO. I wanted to do 0 stars

Loved my experience at trade centre Coventry. Every member of staff i spoke with was very friendly and helpful despite me asking a lot of questions! Mo was also very helpful and helped everything go smoothly! So pleased with my car, the price and the service!

purchased a grandland x 69 plate with a lifetime warranty in 2025 no service history so had them check timing chain, was told 120000 miles or 120 months. so thought I had been change .when it broke in July 2026 destroying the engine the warranty company refused the claim saying it was a vauxhall problem.
