Cannot fault the people over at the Trade Centres Rotherham store. In May I bought a Citroen C3, and is a nice car for the price I paid. However, when I went to do the oil I noticed cracking on the timing belt, I hadn't been made aware of the timing belt being a wet belt when purchasing the car which would've been good to mention as if I hadn't been told by someone else what a wet belt was id of not known, after calling the aftersales team and sorting an appointment to get it looked at they informed me that it needed changing and also needed the tracking doing, after getting the appointment booked I was informed it would be covered on the one month warranty. The whole experience was a good one and their incredible customer support meant I had the information when I needed it and overall created a good experience for me, I will 100% be using them again.

3 times my cars had the same coil pack and spark plug problem each time they leave me without a car for 4 week that I still have to pay for and eventually they say it's fixed but it's not. They dont know what theyre doing. All they do is sell faulty cars to unsuspecting customers and put their lives in danger and they dont care. They need shutting down for good. Conmen of the highest order

Visited here end of July 2026, just to see what variety of vehicles were available. On first impression I felt hounded the sales person was pestering us has we walked around. We did eventually see a vehicle, they sorted all the financing for us. So a big thank you to Mohammed, Kara, Stacey & Max for allyour help. So I have had the car less than a week dashboard had a warning light popped up saying drivers door is open, when it was closed turns out the previous owners had trapped their seatbelt in the door dinging the area where the door sensor is, then had car scanned fault with the glow plugs system, rung customer service up they were useless. I claimed on the section 75 of the payment I made

The team at Rotherham were fantastic from Denny finding us a fantastic car to the ladies sorting the finance out.
The friendliness of the staff made the process easier.
After a few hiccups we finally got there still smiling and great coffee.

My experience at Trade Centre was great, the customer service was 10/10 and each step was very smooth. I’d highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing a car here. Thank you to Billy, James and Abdullah for making it an easy and friendly experience!

Those cars either do not exist or are not for sale.

Cannot contact sales team to deposit, you have to turn up on site where none of the cars shown on the sale are there (yes confirmed the location was correct for the car).

Sales team on site tried convincing me that it’s worth getting a more expensive car and relying on my insurance being lower and that I should consider that a ‘saving’.

Never known a company like this where you can’t reserve online.
