Service was excellent, people were great, don't quite understand the way you have to reserve and make an appointment to come in but I guess due to COVID that's what you have to do nowadays but we were lucky and somebody didn't show up for their appointment and we walked out of there with a trailer that we needed and they met all of our expectations and went over and above of what we needed and it was a pleasure working with everybody there. We're recommending them to anybody and everybody we know who needs a trailer.

The maner in which you make appointments is not very efficient. Also it is very inconvenient not to be able to talk directly with anyone in the store.

Total chaos, disorganization, confusion, frustration, rediculous amount of paperwork, ridiculous experience when trying to buy my THIRD trailer from this company. The IT system failed, no backup, and the store didn’t have WIFI and tried to say their IT problem was really my fault!....that I had an old smart phone, trying to blame me the customer....btw my smart phone is less than a year old. The workers in the store were trying hard to get an archaic, paperless system to work with no back up...making me sit there for an hour while trying to download documents to my phone....which failed, and failed, with no back up!.....I won’t be buying my next trailer from this store!

I had an appointment to purchase and pick up a trailer that I had reserved on line. I showed up n time and the staff was ready for me. I inspected and purchased the trailer. I was shown some of the features of the trailer, how to hook it up properly and was on my way in about 45 minutes. No hassle or surprises. I had went to another dealer to purchase a trailer that was shown to be in stock on their web site only to be told I should have called first because they do not update there web page when a trailer is sold. I had no issues like this at Trailersplus.
